All my visits with TruVet have been nothing but amazing. I am so grateful to be able to be apart Squeaky's (Bella Donna's) care. I am very appreciative of the fact that the care truly is tailored to what is best for my cat. Knowing she does best with me by her side during visits and accommodating that into her routine care means the world to me. My poor baby wasn't feeling himself this morning and it was too early to take him to my regular vet. I found TruVet and they went above and beyond to fit us in and check out my dog. Evvy greeted us promptly and kindly. Normally my dog hates vets (what dog doesn't) but he was smitten and literally fell in love with her at first glance. They got him checked out in no time and reassured me vitals were good. I appreciated the quick timeframe and cheery smiles when I was so worried about my dog. Thank you so much TruVet!

The team at TruVet was wonderful. When we rushed in the only word I could mutter was "help" behind my tears, and they rushed into action. They grabbed my dog from me and started working on her right away. Nurse Kat, Nurse Ryan, and Dr. India McEvoy were clear, direct, kind, and warm. Like any emergency vet, it is very expensive. But they are clear about what your options are. If your animal has to stay overnight understand there is shift turnover, so remember what the last doctor told you to avoid any miscommunication. We took our boy in knowing we would have to let him go but was still holding on to hope that by so miracle we could save him even if it's for a little longer. The vet that day was amazing, a true animal lover. She laid our options out with no pressures to get us to give him unnecessary treatments. She was honest and confirmed in what we knew was going to be the best for our boy. We only wanted what's best for him. It's only been a week but feels like a lifetime. We love you Bosco and miss you every minute of each day.

This review is long overdue. I love this place and have rushed a few times with my cats, once at midnight. Each time I have met people who are kind and compassionate. I have even called them for questions on medication and every time received an answer. Yes, sometimes there's a long wait but it's an emergency clinic! The staff- both nurses and doctors, so patient, gentle and understanding of pet parents's emotional state too. Truly grateful to have this place.

Everyone was attentive, thorough, and compassionate. What I appreciated most is being quickly seen in a time of crisis with my pet. VCA ER in Rohnert Park didn't even have a physician on site.

I cannot say enough great things about TruVet, it's doctors, Vet Techs and staff. I've been there twice, and the first time they saved my dog's life with emergency surgery. They are professional compassionate, warm and took excellent care of my dog and I received constant updates throughout the night. Their ability to connect with pets and the pet owners was remarkable. This review is long overdue. This place is completely awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they all do a great job. My dog was sick and acting weird last year and they figured out the issue right away and it didn't break the bank. I just brought my cat in and the vet was conservative with the pricing and I ended up spending 1/3 of what I spent at my regular vet when I had a similar issue with my other kitty last month. Their prices are fair, they are always fast. I trust them with all my pets.
