We brought our cat here because we could not find another vet establishment that would take an emergency dental patient. And we called around a lot. Not only were the staff accomodating, they were good to us while we were waiting to see the Vet. They were also thorough in explaining the after care for our cat and gave us referrals to other Vet locations that specialize in what we need for our fur baby's issues. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I cannot say enough good things about TruVet. My dog, Ellie Mae, has had to spend a lot of time here (ER and lengthy hospital stays) and the amount of care and compassion the staff and doctors show is incredible. Dr. Kruger has gone above and beyond to help diagnose and treat Ellie Mae to where she feels everyone at the clinic is her best friend. Although we had a very long wait time, we understood it was because our boy was stable enough for them to focus on other, more serious cases (triage care). Our cat came in with all signs pointing to heat stroke, leading to gastroenteritis. The staff was incredibly friendly, very gentle while I was kind-of frantic, and went into great depth to help us understand what was happening. Had a emergency today with my dog, and I can not speak highly enough about every one here. I called them to see if they could see my dog right away as she had something stuck thru her paw, I was a nervous wreck seeing my baby in pain, they were so kind; from the person who answered my call, to the person at the front desk to the vet assistant who took care of my dog...my dog is usually fearful of new people however, to my surprise she went right to the Vet Assistant, she was so gentle and kind with my dog. We had such a great experience at TruVet- all staff were immensely supportive and caring of our cat in an emergency situation. TruVet's communication was consistent and clear throughout the time our cat was there. We felt confident and comfortable with the medical care our cat received. Very grateful for TruVet.

We brought our elderly cat in after she severely injured herself. The staff and doctors there were informative, helpful, and most compassionate. Sadly, we had to out our kitty to sleep, but that was handled with care and kindness. They even sent us a condolence card. We're very impressed overall and would recommend TruVet for emergency care for your pets.

This is the second time I was there. Last Saturday, I was able to get my dog to the ER without a long wait (I was there at 8 am). Two Dr. Marcus were compassionate and patient enough to address my dog and my concerns/questions. Unfortunately, my dog of 14.5 years old had diagnosed with DKA with other complications, after hours of considerations, we decided to let him sleep peacefully.
