Amazing service, awesome staff, so knowledgeable and helpful and perfect! Such a great provider to have in the area in the event of an emergency. Quick, efficient, great, so helpful and I am so grateful for the staff
I'm not a huge yelp participant but thought my experience today was review worthy. I was referred to TruVet from Wise and Wonderful for my kitty Trey. He was a 7 yo rescue from the Humane Society, I had my shooting star for 6 months and all of a sudden he stopped eating and lost weight rapidly. Long story short, he went from a healthy, energetic boy to being diagnosed with terminal lymphoma. The team at TruVet were nothing less than amazing. Brought my son's cat in. She had large swelling on neck. it burst. It was an abscess. They gave fast emergency treatment. Highly recommended for your babies.
The staff was compassionate and professional. They kept is informed during the whole procedure.
Always our entire family's and many of our friends go to place for emergency veterinary care! Great surgeons and RVTs too! We love Tru Vet! They never do or recommend what your cat or dog does not need. The ortho surgeon did a phenomenal job on my friends dogs ligament surgery! Grateful for Tru Vets veterinary team! Thank you Tru Vet!
My first visit was an emergency. Vets were awesome , both were females and unfortunately I can't remember their names. I ended up going back a few times for follow up Tech visits with Tia. She was very good too! Vets were great, Staff was attentive and friendly. No complaints, Highly recommend. A+ service.
By an accident, our dog ingested an OD amount of a medication intended for our other dog. We called ASPCA and they recommended to bring him in. I was very very stressed. The front counter person was great, the technician was the same, but then Nurse Emily came out and for starters, her calming demeanor was a lifesaver. She was so calm and incredibly empathetic to us and our dog. She took his vitals and gave us the facts, and we were able to make a logical decision based on that. Care was prompt and very thorough. The staff was caring and empathetic. My dog is normally very scared at the vet, but they treated her very gently and with patience. Most importantly, she got the care she needed.

No one likes an emergency vet visit. And although mine turned out to be nothing; I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They brought my pup back pretty quickly and overall was there for a little over an hour. Dr Saksen was so nice and reassured me. We talked about some other things that I did not come in for and I really appreciated her guidance , friendliness and willingness to have a convo and not rush out!
