Don't go to this animal hospital. I have been to this place 4 times, all of those times I've had to pay no lower than $270.00 with no full price explanation beforehand. I had decided to change vets that's why I started coming here. Every time I had to ask to speak to the vet before paying. She was very rude and fake all four times. She pretended to care and easily it was written on her face and body language that she didn't give a single F***. Unprofessional. I'm never coming back. Save your money and time.
I have been satisfied with my relationship with Dr. Katsur regarding my dog however the administration staff leaves much to be desired. I visited the hospital to update my dog's vaccinations and that took approximately 15 minutes start to finish. I then asked for some additional medication and it took the admin staff at least a half hour to secure it, get what I asked for correct and finally check me out.
