I may be over reacting because I grew up in a small town with very relatable vets but every time I walk into this place I feel that I am being taken advantage of. This is probably because: 1. The first time that I brought my dog to this vet he had a small scab on his stomach. The vet told me that she was going to do a "free" light test to test for ring worm, which was "only 50% accurate" so even if it tested negative, she still wanted to do further testing (???). Staff was friendly but they charged me for a service I didn't want done. I brought my dog in for some tests, they drew some blood and took stool samples. I paid $190 at checkout and was led to believe that would cover all tests. Two days later they called and asked me to call them back to authorize another test. I DID NOT CALL BACK TO AUTHORIZE but they charged me $150 and ran the test anyway. There was absolutely no reason to do the follow up tests.
