Staff was friendly but they charged me for a service I didn't want done. I brought my dog in for some tests, they drew some blood and took stool samples. I paid $190 at checkout and was led to believe that would cover all tests. Two days later they called and asked me to call them back to authorize another test. I DID NOT CALL BACK TO AUTHORIZE but they charged me $150 and ran the test anyway. There was absolutely no reason to do the follow up tests. I really like the doctor I bring my dog to see. Dr. Wright is fantastic! She really tries to save you money and is really good at explaining what needs to be done. She also calls me to check up on my dog after any thing that has been done to him to make sure he is alright. I feel like with any other services that deals with health once you find a good person to work with you stick with them since not all are geniune, Dr. Wright is def. a person I would recommend to anyone who needs a good vet.
