Staff was friendly but they charged me for a service I didn't want done. I brought my dog in for some tests, they drew some blood and took stool samples. I paid $190 at checkout and was led to believe that would cover all tests. Two days later they called and asked me to call them back to authorize another test. I DID NOT CALL BACK TO AUTHORIZE but they charged me $150 and ran the test anyway. There was absolutely no reason to do the follow up tests.
