I've been going to Serra Veterinary Hospital since 2001. I've taken both my cats to see Dr. Natt and also Dr. Kate. I appreciate their genuine concern for all the pets they care for. The staff is also very caring and straight forward regarding any costs for the visit. My first cat I had to learn how to administer fluids when she had kidney failure. I have a two year old beagle who had suffering from allergies and skin infections, he was miss diagnosed for months. A friend then referred me to Serra and the immediately knew what was wrong he had been being treated with steroids for 6months and all he needed was antibiotics.. I couldn't be happier with them :) He will no longer go to our last vet !!!
Took two feral kitties that had respiratory infections, the Doctor and staff were super helpful, accommodating and throughly explained everything to me. Will definitely be coming back for any future vet needs.
Dr Natt and his wife Pam are the best. I have since moved back to Oakland but I still drive down to Sunnyvale whenever one of the Monsters need maintenance. I don't trust anyone to take care of Animal or Gizmo for me other than them.
Great service with best prices in town! A good deal especially for newcomers! Dr Natt is knowledgeable and is able to diagnose things effectively!
This place is great! They are really good about making time to see my dog when I need it. I've been able to make same-day appointments and I've always felt great about my dog's care. Their prices also seem reasonable based on what I've seen in the area. I still travel down to this vet even though I've moved to Redwood City.
Found this place on yelp and was inclined to take my pup in for what I felt would be her second TPLO surgery. They offered a free exam for orthopedic clients and as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The process was straight forward for me because my pup had already been through this once before but I really liked how communicative and detailed they were about the surgery and the aftercare, not just what they would do but why they were doing it. Dr. Natt and his staff are very loving and kind towards animals. They took such good care of my sick cat Bobbles. She had x-rays done and an ultrasound of her stomach. She is now well again and that makes me very happy !
We had a phenomenal experience at Serra Veterinary Hospital. We had been searching for a specialist for our furbaby and we were referred by one of my husband's coworkers. Dr. Natt is THE man. Hands down, he is the BEST Orthopedic Veterinarian that you can find. We had a FREE (yes, I said FREE!!!) orthopedic consultation at Serra Vet.
