Last July, one of my cats started behaving strangely while I was away (drooling profusely and crying) so my husband took him here because they were the closest and was seen by Dr. Federova. She took a look at his red lined gums and diagnosed him with stomatitis and gave him shot of steroids and Convenia and sent him home with pain meds and a recommendation of getting his teeth cleaned. We have been going to this vet for 14 years. They are all very friendly and helpful. They have taken great care of 3 of our cats over the years. Dr. Nat is awesome as is the whole staff. If you want personalized and attentive care that you can't get at the big vets, go to this place. You will feel at ease that your pets are getting the best care.

Dr. Kate is great. She is super nice and you can tell she loves animals. I had my rescue kitten spayed by Dr. Kate and she did a great job. The staff is very helpful too!

This veterinary has a practice of quoting for spaying/neutering dogs $200 below the final price, once the dog is on surgery/recovery, they will notify you that there was a misunderstanding on what was covered by the quote. Usually the attendant in the morning is different than the one that gives you the dog at the end of the day. They will just blaim the morning attendant. I thought this was unique to me, but then 3 weeks later our close friend took her dog and it was the same story! beware of this scam! Staff is also rude ... read more

Our dog Bazzle came in presenting with all kinds of weird symptoms. Dr. Natt, Pam, and the rest of the amazing crew at Serra worked incredibly hard to help us figure out what was wrong with our little guy. Thanks to their efforts, Bazzle is on a path to make a full recovery. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us!

Pam called this morning with the best news we could have hoped for. She laughingly announced that Tuco was up, happy, walking and rearing to go. "He doesn't even know he had major surgery," she added. Tuco is a ten year old labradoodle recently attacked by osteosarcoma. The entire staff at Serra Veterinary Hospital were caring, educational and professional every step of the way, from scheduling the initial visit through amputation. I brought my two furry friends to have their teeth cleaned they explained everything to me they were very knowledgeable very very kind to my dogs they also had some great food for them to eat afterwords through their teeth were tender and I went home thoroughly happy thank you

Had my father in law over with his dog Cali for the holidays. They had been over at my sister in law's place and their dog was playing and scratched Cali in the ear. It had been infected and swelled up so they had taken it to a national chain triage place and it was not getting better. Luckily, I didn't risk it any further and brought it to Serra Veterinary and had them handle it. A few more days and it could have been life threatening.
