We have a 3 years old maltese who was diagnosed in this hospital with periodontal disease. They ran test on him and he was OK'd for the extraction for ~10 teeth. During operation there was found more widespread infection, so the total grew to 18 teeth. It was hard on dog (and on us) but job well done and hospital specialists tried their best to make easier on us. We love Serra Veterinary Hospital! Our pup Albus began limping a few months ago and eventually was told he needed a TPLO surgery. After researching many veterinary clinics in the area, we happily stumbled upon Serra. They offered us a free consult with Dr. Natt (most other clinic were asking $150+) and surgery at a reasonable price with no hidden fees. This review is long overdue. Unfortunately in August my 21-year-old cat reached the end of her time, and I didn't want to subject her to a long car ride to our usual vet. Though I had no history with Serra, I was treated with patience, kindness and understanding, and my sweet girl was put to rest with care and dignity. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Jag is one veterinarian I can rely on his opinion about our pet. Sissy got in an accident last year. I took her to Serra Veterinary Hospital. He took care of her than. Now, Sissy my female dog is living in LA. But, her mom call Dr. Jag to find out what is his opinion. I sent him email and he called me immediately to find out more details. Awesome Dr, who really loves pet and wants to do the right thing. Five Stars in my book.

Bad customer service, alway charge extra. We went today then they claimed that we have unpaid balance since six months ago which does not make any sense because everyone pays immediately after get the service. If a medication price is $40 they would charge $120 then they will claim it is the compute mistake or the assistant mistake. They quoted us over the phone yesterday less than $100 then we went there they asked for $150. We went to another clinic who does it for $68. They are very expensive and try to avoid.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT CARE and GREAT PEOPLE. We and our animals (two dogs and three cats and various reptiles) began our journey with Serra after we tired of spending more money than necessary at our local vet. We have been customers/boarders for over 5 years now and are very very satisfied. They are attentive, easy to book appointments Monday - Saturday and never a long wait. I have been taking our dog to Dr Natt for several years now and my visits have always been very pleasant. Dr Natt is confident in his diagnosis and one thing I really like is that he is continually educating himself to stay up to date on latest developments in the field. The staff have always been very warm and friendly and do their best to make my dog feel comfortable as she is always quite nervous. Got our German Shepherd (senior)'s teeth done, she needed a lot of work in the gums, etc. Teeth are great now -- chomping and playing, with minimal down time. They treated her great.

We have a Beagle entering her golden years. Like for so many, our dog is an integral part of our family. There can be no compromising her well-being. So when she was suffering from serious medical issues this past month we were desperately searching for a veterinarian who would provide her with suitable treatment.
