I have been taking our dog to Dr Natt for several years now and my visits have always been very pleasant. Dr Natt is confident in his diagnosis and one thing I really like is that he is continually educating himself to stay up to date on latest developments in the field. The staff have always been very warm and friendly and do their best to make my dog feel comfortable as she is always quite nervous. Got our German Shepherd (senior)'s teeth done, she needed a lot of work in the gums, etc. Teeth are great now -- chomping and playing, with minimal down time. They treated her great.

We have a Beagle entering her golden years. Like for so many, our dog is an integral part of our family. There can be no compromising her well-being. So when she was suffering from serious medical issues this past month we were desperately searching for a veterinarian who would provide her with suitable treatment. We live in Modesto and had her X-Rayed by a local doctor. The X-Ray revealed that she had a growth that required surgical removal of her spleen. Surgery is a serious matter. Serra vet is great- they take care of our boxers. Dr. Natt is very relaxed with them and takes his time to understand the issues. We have had many surgeries done here including teeth extractions, and mass removals. He's also treated my dogs for allergies like skin irritations and stomach issues. The staff is great. We have pet insurance and they are excellent in helping us file the claims quickly. We used to go to adobe in Los altos, but their location is so inconvenient now. Yesterday evening I had a vet appointment for my dog. I wanted notes from his previous visits to Serra Vet. In trying to get these notes from Serra Vet, my decision to visit a different vet was reconfirmed. This is what happened: I showed up at 8:30 am when Serra Vet is supposed to be open. By 9 am, I left because I had to go to work. The door was still locked and no one was there or answering the phone. At one point, there were three other people waiting in the parking lot with me. I brought my mother's rat terrier/chihuahua mix to this office a few months ago for listlessness and dehydration and was pleased with the thorough care she got. So... I took my mixed breed pointer/American Staffordshire here for what I thought was conjunctivitis. My vet that we saw for this condition last year gave me eyedrops to administer, which is impossible since my dog is a wiggle worm. Went here on a Friday evening b/c my dog was having stomach issues. I was in an out in half hour and the vets were great. Didn't try to uncharge me and I wasn't charged an office visit b/c it was my first time there! That's great customer service!

Walked into the office "cold" off the street after the dog I was dog sitting for suddenly experienced pain in rear leg. I am not a client of the clinic. Staff and Dr could not have been nicer. Diagnosed only as bee sting in her paw (whew). I would recommend the clinic to any and all pet owners.

I'm really impressed by Dr. Kate Fedorova. She helped me a lot with online consulting when my dog had a surgery in other clinic. I appreciate her help so much!
