I don't know many things that make you feel as helpless as when your pet, who can't communicate, is sick or in pain. We just moved to California a few months ago, and my dog had been seeing the same vet for the last few years. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more amazing transition to a new vet in a new state. They were kind, friendly, compassionate, clear in their communication, and helped us set up a plan to help get our dog the help she needs. Pam was so incredibly nice to us. Thanks for everything!

When we brought our blue nose pitbull here for an ear infection, we asked the vet to also check one of his hind legs as we had noticed him limping just a few days prior. The preliminary diagnosis was that he needed TPLO surgery on the limping hind leg. The x-rays showed that our dog actually needed the surgery on both of his legs! The plan was for the worst leg to have surgery first, followed by 8 weeks of rehab, then surgery on the other leg. Our dog is currently doing rehab after the second leg surgery. Last July, one of my cats started behaving strangely while I was away (drooling profusely and crying) so my husband took him here because they were the closest and was seen by Dr. Federova. She took a look at his red lined gums and diagnosed him with stomatitis and gave him shot of steroids and Convenia and sent him home with pain meds and a recommendation of getting his teeth cleaned. We have been going to this vet for 14 years. They are all very friendly and helpful. They have taken great care of 3 of our cats over the years. Dr. Nat is awesome as is the whole staff. If you want personalized and attentive care that you can't get at the big vets, go to this place. You will feel at ease that your pets are getting the best care.

Dr. Kate is great. She is super nice and you can tell she loves animals. I had my rescue kitten spayed by Dr. Kate and she did a great job. The staff is very helpful too!

This veterinary has a practice of quoting for spaying/neutering dogs $200 below the final price, once the dog is on surgery/recovery, they will notify you that there was a misunderstanding on what was covered by the quote. Usually the attendant in the morning is different than the one that gives you the dog at the end of the day. They will just blaim the morning attendant. I thought this was unique to me, but then 3 weeks later our close friend took her dog and it was the same story! beware of this scam! Staff is also rude ... read more

Our dog Bazzle came in presenting with all kinds of weird symptoms. Dr. Natt, Pam, and the rest of the amazing crew at Serra worked incredibly hard to help us figure out what was wrong with our little guy. Thanks to their efforts, Bazzle is on a path to make a full recovery. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us!
