Serra vet is great- they take care of our boxers. Dr. Natt is very relaxed with them and takes his time to understand the issues. We have had many surgeries done here including teeth extractions, and mass removals. He's also treated my dogs for allergies like skin irritations and stomach issues. The staff is great. We have pet insurance and they are excellent in helping us file the claims quickly. We used to go to adobe in Los altos, but their location is so inconvenient now. Yesterday evening I had a vet appointment for my dog. I wanted notes from his previous visits to Serra Vet. In trying to get these notes from Serra Vet, my decision to visit a different vet was reconfirmed. This is what happened: I showed up at 8:30 am when Serra Vet is supposed to be open. By 9 am, I left because I had to go to work. The door was still locked and no one was there or answering the phone. At one point, there were three other people waiting in the parking lot with me. I brought my mother's rat terrier/chihuahua mix to this office a few months ago for listlessness and dehydration and was pleased with the thorough care she got. So... I took my mixed breed pointer/American Staffordshire here for what I thought was conjunctivitis. My vet that we saw for this condition last year gave me eyedrops to administer, which is impossible since my dog is a wiggle worm. Went here on a Friday evening b/c my dog was having stomach issues. I was in an out in half hour and the vets were great. Didn't try to uncharge me and I wasn't charged an office visit b/c it was my first time there! That's great customer service!

Walked into the office "cold" off the street after the dog I was dog sitting for suddenly experienced pain in rear leg. I am not a client of the clinic. Staff and Dr could not have been nicer. Diagnosed only as bee sting in her paw (whew). I would recommend the clinic to any and all pet owners.

I'm really impressed by Dr. Kate Fedorova. She helped me a lot with online consulting when my dog had a surgery in other clinic. I appreciate her help so much!

I would rate this a zero if I could. The only positive thing is that the vet techs are very nice.....the vet (Dr. Natt) Had NO compassion for my cat's well-being. My cat had a terrible, bleeding rash so I took him there. The first time he got an antibiotic shot and prednisone. He wasnt getting any better. The second visit he got another antibiotic shot and more prednisone and he STILL wasn't getting any better almost 2 months later. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited! The personnel is extremely pleasant, and my whole experience with them had been absolutely fascinating. They are very attentive and always make our treatment easy for us. Our family and I absolutely recommend this vet clinic indeed!

Our 12-year old aussie shepherd had been acting lethargic and totally not like herself for a while. I was worried that she was on the downward slope due to her age, even though she previously had been in great health. We took her to see Dr. Natt and he discovered a rotting tooth in the back of her mouth. After surgically removing the tooth, Cali was like her old self almost IMMEDIATELY!
