I drove all the way from Oakland to Serra Veterinary Hospital because of the great reviews and service I received even before my dog had TPLO surgery. The doctor explained everything from the beginning, and had me watch a video on how the TPLO procedure works before my dog had the surgery done on one of her back legs. Dr. Natt and Pam are truly wonderful people with great compassion for animals. When our poor husky Ponyo completely tore his cranial cruciate ligament (ACL), we were beyond ourselves with concern and rushed to our local Banfield hospital to ask for a prognosis on his injury. My 10 year old lab tore her CCL and needed TPLO surgery. After shopping around on the web and finding Serra Vet Hospital who offers the same surgery and care as others that were double the price, I highly recommend them for the care of your pet. I want to write an update to let people know that a cat can fully recover from 2 broken legs. It has been a bit over six months and my Tai kitty is back to normal. He runs, jumps and annoys his sister Mai just like he used to. Thank you very much for looking after my cat cocktail Mai & Tai.
This is one of the best pet clinics in this area. Dr. Nat is very patient. I can also leave my dog with them as they have boarding. The staff is respectful and caring.
Dr Natt and his Staff are top notch they have been our vet for many years , They really handle our animals with with care and respect considering going to the vet for our fur babies in nerve racking experience.
Dr. Natt and his staff provide exemplary care for my puppy -Thor. Their facility is top notch and they offer convenient appointment times and boarding. All of this is done with true affection and caring for Thor. I would highly recommend Serra Veterinary!
I have taken my cats to Serra Vet for over 10 years, they are great. My 3 newest little ones are on the kitten plan. They have great hours, kind staff and are very knowledgeable.
