They are amazing. I am so happy I found them.the entire staff and dr. Tolliver are exactly what people want in a vet. They are caring, understanding and take very good care of my dogs. I am a new customer however I am just thrilled that I found them and they will be taking care of my dogs for a long time.

I've been taking my pup here since she was a baby and they have been nothing but consistently great. Is it expensive? Somewhat. But let's be real... if you live in West Los Angeles MOST vets aren't cheap. All of the doctors (I love Dr Tolliver!) have always been sweet, compassionate, honest and don't try to over sell anything to you. The front desk girls have always been very pleasant to me as well and i'm honestly kind of annoying I call a lot with questions, concerns, etc. We got a new puppy and she had her first visit ... read more

The dog in my care had a heart attack a block away from Pet Medical. I got him there within minutes and 5 seconds after I walked in with my unconscious dog, THE ENTIRE STAFF MOBILIZED TO SAVE HIS LIFE. They did just that. End of story. I'm eternally grateful to the entire staff at Pet Medical. Lee

We have been taking our rescue kitty here for almost a year now and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the veterinarians, technicians and staff. Dr. Yuen in particular has been so great: he's exceptionally caring, professional and always gives a rundown of the available courses of treatment without pressuring you to choose one over another. I have to send a shout out to the wonderful, caring staff at this vet office. I've been dealing with major surgeries for my shihtzu and they could not be more loving and caring. Robin has especially been so helpful and guided me through the maze of aftercare. Dr. Hernandez and Dr. Bijlani are the BEST!!!!

Dr. Hernandez has come to our dog's rescue so many times: whether it was finding cancer on an ultrasound (and just in the nick of time to catch and remove it) or fixing a scratched cornea, or our most recent drama with removing a tumor from our senior dog. All the docs here are great but she's especially good with our dog - and with us. You can tell when a vet genuinely cares about the critters they're working on, and that means the world, especially when you're in fear and crisis mode about your pet. This vet is a very good place except that it's absolutely freezing in here!! I am dying. Bring a a coat! It's also a little expensive. I highly recommend Value Vet on Westwood. The are SO great and about 1/3 the price. I would have gone there but they were closed. I also wish they'd told me how long it would take. I would have gone home and stayed warm. I was here, freezing, for over an hour.

I'm so so grateful for this place. Brought my kitty in here, he wasn't eating not feeling well. I trust Dr George he is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He took care of my cat with love and gentleness. I felt that I got a good amount of time with the dr not rushed like most places. He actually did a detailed check up and inspection of the cat. I meant to do this write up a year or two ago I took Dodger my best bud for nearly 15 yrs to this center and they've always been professional friendly and easy to work with. To cap it all when it was time for us to send my bud to Doggie heaven Dr Amelia Harris allowed me to have him sat next to me in the truck he always rode shotgun in ( out in parking lot) to take his last ride with Dad Im tearing up thinking about it ( we both cried at the time) she helped me turn a tragic experience into a sad yet beautiful memory
