Great and attentive service, Dr. Yuan was especially caring with Sake who had both a hip injury, and also needed some dental work. The whole team was also great in communications as well as follow up calls, and checking on her recovery. Big thumbs up to Santa Monica Pet Medical Center!
Dr. Bijlani has been treating our three dogs for the last few years and is amazing! She is thorough, kind, honest and caring and our dogs are thriving under her care. When our older dog JP, who is a Labrador, was really sick and unable to walk, she offered to come to our house with a technician to treat him. I truly appreciated that and will never forget it. Thank you Dr. Bijlani!
Dr. Bijlani is the absolute best! She's been my family's vet for years and I wouldn't choose anyone else. She's very thorough in her explanations and always lets me know exactly what my pet needs. She's done multiple procedures on both of my dogs and has a great bed side manner when giving me any updates for my dogs while they've been in the hospital. If your looking for a friendly, caring veterinarian who cares about your pets as much as you do, Dr Bijlani is the way to go!
I am so excited that I have found this place! I came here to follow Dr. Reshma Bijlani, and I'm so happy I did! Dr. Bijlani is extremely knowledgeable, and cares deeply about my pet's health! She is great at recommending the proper care for my dog Bella, while being conscious of my budget (I'm a student). She makes sure I'm buying exactly what I need for Bella, and does not try to over sell me on products that I do not need. I really trust her, and will continue to follow her for as long as I can!
I've been taking my two cats to this vet practice for a few years. Always satisfied with the service and EASY appointment scheduling. The girls at the front are always helpful and welcoming. I've seen a few different vets but I felt taken care of with each Dr. And or staff member. I recently took my older guy in for what I assumed was just a tooth absces. It was not just a tooth problem. The service is awesome! The vets there loves dogs/cats and they are careful with them. I will recommend this place to my friends and family who have a pet to go plus this location is closer; just driving distance away from my home. I m not sure if they can treat other animals like rabbits but you can give them a call and ask.
Happy with our visit here. It took a long time finally getting through to someone on a mid-Saturday morning call, but I made an appointment for Sunday morning. Easy check in process with friendly front desk staff. All the techs that helped out were helpful, as was Dr. Pirotto. What made me happiest was they let me know that our dog's problems were likely sound ok. They let me know up front what worst case scenario costs may be, and let me select from there. This is an amazing facility. I am a physician myself (a cardiologist) and have seen fewer "human" facilities that are this efficient. My Lilly, who is a 16 month old Turkish/ Armenian van cat, has been receiving care here since she was 5 months old. I am very comfortable with the staff, and Lilly's Doctor, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Convenient parking. I feel confident that if God Forbid Lilly had an emergency, we would be covered.
