Local place I've been taking my elderly mutt to for years. I've met most of the doctors at this office and they've all been, without reservation, absolutely top-notch. During one emergency trip, my dog was struggling to recover from a seizure and they saved his life. During another, they found a lung tumor and recommended a surgeon which saved his life again. I'm so grateful that we found Dr Bijlani and SMPMC. Dr Bijlani is so kind and thorough, patiently walks us through our options anytime we need to make a decision, and is upfront with costs and trade offs. I trust her completely with our dog who has complicated medical issues, and also appreciate that she has empathy for us pet owners and how much we care about our pets. They also have done a fantastic job managing everything during Covid & it's much appreciated.

I am a first-time puppy mom and I ask a lot of questions, to say the least. Dr. Bijlani and the entire team at Santa Monica Pet Medical Center are phenomenal. I was referred by a good friend and she couldn't have been more right. The staff is wonderful, always responsive and willing to help. My puppy, Maggie Mae, was spayed this week and she had a great experience-- as did her mawm! :) If I could give Dr. B., Robin, Brimley, Emily and the rest of the staff 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Took our new puppy here and they were so nice. The pup also had diarrhea and we called and the doctor called back right away and was so helpful!!

I love this vet. They are super close to my house, friendly, and supportive. One of my kitties this year started to experience seizures and they immediately were able to recommend me to a local specialist to get diagnosed and treatment plan. They handled the follow up well and always were kind and sweet to my poor baby. Now they handle my cat's refill quickly and and answer any questions I have. I'm grateful to have such a great vet so close to me.

I have to tell you all how impressed I am with the quality of service here. I used to bring my dog, biscuit, here but since we moved it's been difficult to get her back and we had to find a closer veterinarian. I would get texts and updates on her vaccinations and they coordinated with my new vet hospital . On April 24, I had to put Biscuit down suddenly when we found a mass on her liver. So much sadness . About three weeks ago we started going through hell with our cat who suddenly started to show severe symptoms of pain. He saw three different vets before Santa Monica Pet Medical Center got recommended by a friend. None of these vets was able to make a diagnosis. Worse, they had us run every possible exam BUT the one they should have. They would not listen to what was going on with our cat. We felt helpless and frustrated. I visited the Santa Monica Pet Med Center a few days ago and needed to say how wonderful their care was for my dog. First of all I must say their infection prevention protocols were spot on. I waited in my car as instructed. A friendly staff member with PPE came to my car to take my dog in. Doctor Bijlani called my cell phone to discuss the reason for my visit. Unfortunately, I had to put my dog down recently. I called this place because they were close by. As sad as it was to put my dog down I feel like I couldn't have picked a better place to do it. Dr. Greenbaum was sooo sweet and welcoming. She really made me and my dog Lady feel as best we could in that moment.
