Very happy with my experience at this vet for our first appointment! I was worried about my cat losing weight and they were so sweet and accommodating to get me in right away. Very nice staff too when I kept calling for an update!

The best. Dr. LaValle is the best vet I've ever met in my entire life. I can't recommend him enough & I wish everybody on this planet had the opportunity to take their precious baby to him. He's with you at the beginning & at the end. Thank you, forever!!!!
Dr Hillsbrandt Is an excellent vet. Our first visit she was so thourough. I appreciate her kindness and care. She spent. A lot of time with our puppy and what steps to take prior to surgery. She even called me a few days later to go over my puppies blood lab work . The staff is very friendly and excellent on the phone. I would recommend this veterinary office %. Plus they have lots of chocolate for their clients. So sweet
Im so so happy I joined this vet! From the start, Cece was so wonderful to schedule a same-week appointment for my cat. Dr. Japinder Grewal was amazing, he explained what needed to be done thoroughly and about the results of tests (which took 1 day to get back!). He checked in 2x after my pet's appointment to see how he was progressing and he solved a year-long battle of sniffles & coughs that my cat was experiencing. Brought my 17 year old cat because she wasn't feeling well. The staff were welcoming and professional. The facility is clean and neat. Dr. Prado was amazing. She explained what medical procedures would be necessary in order to determine the best treatment for my cat's medical condition. I think this is the first veterinarian that has called several times to follow up on my pet's health progress. I would highly recommend this pet medical center.
Our German Shorthaired Pointer 'Cash' has extreme environmental allergies, diet sensitivities, and recurring ear infections. Like most dogs, he is highly anxious at the vet. Dr. Grewal sat on the floor with Cash for a few minutes to get him comfortable and walked through the range of symptoms. He explained what things could be related and what treatment would be necessary and unnecessary, offering alternative medications or diet changes. Hopefully we won't have to be back too often but this is the only doctor we'll see!
My husband and I were hiking and our baby must've gotten stung or something stuck in his nose. He started sneezing uncontrollably and blood even came out of his nose. Our close friend recommended Dr. Hillebrand and she could not have been a better choice. We were greeted by the staff with a warm and validating smile. Dr. Hillebrand was absolutely amazing! The staff was able to squeeze me in last minute for my dog who started sneezing blood from his nose on a hike. They had some availability and were beyond kind, patient, and helpful. The Dr. was very caring and had a huge smile on her face. She took care of him right away. I love that she approached him conservatively and didn't panic and assured me he would be ok. Many great things to say about SMPMC, however, this review is specifically about one of the team members, Monica Munoz. Monica is always upbeat, friendly, a great listener and always willing to go the extra mile in providing great customer service be it on the phone or when I have to bring my dogs to the office.
