If I could rate this place a zero, I would. My dog has been going here for over three years and has had many medical procedures as she is very prone to injury and illness. Naturally, she has built up anxiety around going to the vet. These vets and vet techs have possibly the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed in my life. Unfortunately I have to leave a terrible review for this facility. All pet owners know that the vet is not cheap for regular exams and tests and meds, but there are places with integrity, that truly care about your pet and do what's in their best interest, while being mindful of the costs to the owner. This place is not one of them. I have gone here for over two years now and am finally taking my business elsewhere. Constantly feeling up charged and shamed into taking every vaccine on offer. Recently paid over $1000 for ear infection and vaccine treatment which is way above market. The best quality about this business is the parking availability, but no warm and fuzzy treatment here whatsoever.

I came back in October. Taken me a while to experience other vets but I knew this was not the experience I wanted. Had a 4.5 month pup. First time pet owner. Wanted this place to work out. The service was very transactional. Lots of waiting to get an appointment date. Fill out a lot of info. Then finally got an appointment a week away. The first available. The price is astronomical. Over $100 for a well visit? Absurd! After the exam the nurses forgot to come get me until I left the patient room to ask them if I could get my bill and leave. Take your pet somewhere else, you don't need to pay these prices.

As a first time customer, maybe start with asking questions about me? Get to know me and my pet. It's never a good feeling to have the first thing be bombarded with upsells. Even after I said my dog had that vaccine already, the doctor says, well you never know where it came from so I suggest maybe do it again to be safe. ARE YOU JOKING??! I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to run out of there. I honestly feel I should request a refund. To check heart rate, and weight?? Vetco does that for free, and this vet was the only ... read more

I didn't want to write this but I feel so disrespected not only as a client but as a human! I have been taking my dog here for a few years and our old doctor left the practice! It was nearby my home so I kept returning even though the last few visits we haven't felt seen or heard. Doctor Hilebrand comes in and doesn't take her time! I'm aware the clinic is busy but it would be nice to actually feel as if the doctor cares about your pet. Very hard to get a hold of any of the vets to call you back and no follow up for days when awaiting test results.
