My entire visit to RAU was pleasant. Everyone I encountered was friendly and took interest in my cat. I especially appreciate the time that the veterinarian dedicated to reviewing my cat's situation and explaining options to me. It is obvious that she truly cares for pets and wants to create a treatment plan in the pets best interest while also what pet parents can afford and accommodate. I am so glad I found RAU. My baby cat is a patient for life now due to the amazing care he received.
Great service via telephone as well as in person. The Staff is always pleasant and very helpful . All of the doctors are terrific , especially Dr Bishop . She's kind, compassionate and so informative. All of my pups love her !! Terrific practice !

Harry called to order special food for Bagheera and ear medicine for Kimba. No problems at all, person was very courteous, and we will pick them up when the food (not in stock) has arrived. Thank you for the excellent care you give (and have given) to our pets now and through the years. Sue
