I love Lakeside animal Hospital. Gillian at the front desk and Dr Gonzalez are always happy to see my dog Devo, even though Devo can be a ten pound bundle of attitude. An exam is always a bit tricky with my dog but Dr G and her Vet techs are calm and gentle with her. Dr Gonzalez takes time to explain things and seems genuinely interested in my dogs health and well being. I've known Dr Gonzalez for over 20 years and I've been taking my animals to Lakeside Animal Hospital since she bought it many years ago. She is the only vet in the city that I will take my babies too! The love and attention she gives them means so much too me. The time and patience that she gives to me when I'm asking a million questions is a rare thing to find in this age, as most places want you in and out quickly so they can bring more money in the door. We brought our 14 year old Pekingese and 4 yr old Maltese-Lhasa in for a thorough grooming. For the past 2 yrs I have been grooming them because it seems every time I take them to a groomer they develop ear problems. This time I was so impressed! First, no ear problems! Second, they LOOK so CUTE!! Our Peke had her fur trimmed to 1" and she looks so buff! Her nails look great and she is so clean and soft, and happy! I love lakeside. I've been going for around 2 years now. Dr. Gonzalez is amazing, and she really loves animals. I have birds and she's very knowledgeable about them. I was really lucky to find an avian vet, even luckier to find one as caring as she. And pricing seems to be very fair. And I never, ever have a problem getting a same day appointment, which is really lucky since birds seem to find trouble!

New to the area and was happy I was able to get a last minute appointment for some shots and nice pedicure for my dalmatian. the staff was really friendly and Lucy wasnt nervous at all which was most important really. The doctor even sent me a nice note welcoming me and Lucy to her practice. We'll be back for another nail trim soon!

I love Lakeside Animal Hospital. Have taken my two Pugs there for 10 years and received the best care. One was an older dog with all kinds of issues and the other was a new puppy that I wanted to get on a good wellness plan from the beginning. Great place go -- friendly and thorough.

I have been taking my pets to Lakeside for over a decade, and although I've moved to a different part of town, I would drive however far needed to keep my furkids under the care of Dr. Gonzalez. While they have undergone some staffing changes over the past decade, including a few vets through the practice, The constant has been Dr. G. and her dedication to her patients. I have been going to Lakeside Animal hospital for almost 2 years now for my adopted dog's many medical needs and Dr. Gonzales has proven to be a fantastic vet. My pets have been patients at Lakeside for years, however the care received in the past several weeks has prompted this review. Since the end of October, Dr. Fustukjian has been treating my two "rescue" Bearded Dragons who had questionable husbandry prior to adoption.
