I took our conure, Kiwi, here to see Dr. Gonzales. Wonderful experience. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gonzales took her time with Kiwi despite his fear and she was incredible!! She was patient, answered all our questions, and Kiwi did great. Her assistant Sam was pretty awesome too during the whole exam. Overall excellent experience. Love veterinarians and their teams!
Took our bird into this vet hospital and the experience was pleasant and welcoming. The vet we spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave us some much needed information for taking care of our first bird. There was a minor issue with the billing but the lady at the front desk was respectful and understanding. Cherry helped clear all of it up in the matter of minutes! Will definitely be bringing our pets to this location going forward.
My bird Colby and I have enjoyed getting to know everyone at Lakeside Veterinary. Especially Sam, who trims Colby’s beak. She does an excellent job, and Colby (parrot) is really relaxed with her. Shout out to Sam for being extraordinary. She does a great job!! Thank you!!!
I've taken my rats there in the past and was happy with their service. When I took over care for two guinea pigs, they were my first call for wellness checks. My old man had a mass and Dr. Gonzalez immediately recommended a removal; the way she recommended it really made me believe she cared for his well-being. Bunny owners beware! This is a review that I hoped I would never have to write. My baby bunny is dead. He might have been alive if Dr Gonzales had the experience she claimed to with rabbits. He had seen two vets prior to her in less than a week. I was providing aggressive supportive care sanctioned by the other vets. The only reason why I came to Lakeside was because they didn't have surgical or rads at their disposal, so I came in. Immediately hit with a mix of condescension and fake concern.
