Unprofessional, overpriced, deceitful. My puppy and I had a horrible experience. I took him in as a precaution since he'd swallowed some of his toys. Despite him being fairly healthy, they pushed hard for him to get every type of testing under the sun. The vet tech asked me to hold a needle in him myself because she struggled to give him fluids on her own (he was being really good). They gave him shots that I did not consent to and only mentioned to me after they'd added it to my bill. $1000 and 2.5 hours later I was left ... read more
Dr. Gonzalez and her team were absolutely amazing in examining and treating our little pup. From the moment we walked in we were treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism and this continued through the examination and checkout. This was our first visit with one of pets to LAH, but when our other pets require treatment we will certainly be bringing them here. Thank you!

I've taken my rats there in the past and was happy with their service. When I took over care for two guinea pigs, they were my first call for wellness checks. My old man had a mass and Dr. Gonzalez immediately recommended a removal; the way she recommended it really made me believe she cared for his well-being.
