I absolutely love this vet clinic. From the moment you walk in, they treat new clients like family. I recently got a new puppy, and they truly delivered with the care, patience, and service we needed. The team was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring. I really appreciate the way they take care of both pets and people. It is clear they genuinely care about what they do, and I'm grateful to have found a clinic I can trust with my puppy's care. Highly recommend!

Not all vets have experience with birds and will tell you that they do while having not worked on one ever/in years. Dr. Gonzalez is not that and has done a great job with my parrots. She offers clear information and takes the time to teach about the condition or the animal. She and the staff physically handle the birds well and give them time to calm down. I have had pets for most of 60 years and met many fine vets but I was especially impressed with Dr Gonzalez. After a thorough examination of my cat, she listened to all my questions and gave me clear answers. Her devotion to the well being of her patients is obvious. She has surrounded herself with a friendly and competent staff too. I recommend her and Lakeside Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my children to Lakeside Animal Hospital for 25 years and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. Dr. G is a wonderful vet who understands the family dynamic and works with you. When emergencies come up, Lakeside prioritizes the needs and triages patients. I've had appointments go long because of emergencies, but I've also had emergencies that created wait times for others. No matter what, I've received the most professional and honest care from Lakeside. I'm a true blue client!

This is such an awesome vet clinic! They took such good care of my leopard gecko when he needed his tail amputated. They had clear communication and treated my baby with as much care as I could ask for. Thank you!!

We normally take our animals to Carytown Animal Hospital, but this past Saturday, one of our guinea pigs was very sick, and Lakeside was the only available option. When I called and explained the situation, the receptionist gave us a Monday appt, but after explaining to her that I didn't think my guinea would make it to Monday, she spoke to the vet, Dr. Gonzalez, and got us in at 10:50am that day.
