This is a veterinary practice that puts their pet patients before profit. Very knowledgeable staff, various integrated medical options also available such as acupuncture, laser and medical massage. Vet tech staff are really interested in your pet and not just blandly making notes for the file.Having 24-hour care linked to their primary location is very reassuring and they have a fully equipped pet ambulance for true medical emergencies. It's an independent practice -a gem in a world populated with corporate-owned veterinar... read more

Absolutely recommend IVVH. The staff was so kind to me and my pup and Dr Simpson saved my dogs life. He had bad pancreatitis and had been in a outpatient hospital for a week and wasn't improving. Couldn't eat , drink , keep anything down and had been seizing. Finally we were recommended by another doc to get an ultrasound after abruptly went into complete liver failure as well. After calling so many places, this was the only one I could find that would take us for a detailed ultrasound. After confirming there was no blockage... read more

Exceedingly nice people who saved Dusty's life, and in so doing saved mine. Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital is an emergency hospital that 1. treats rabbits; 2. were open after hours and on weekends; 3. made the time to see him.

Doctor Chloe and Nurse Stephanie were really nice and professional. They make sure that our dog was taken care of. And made us feel comfortable. It can get very busy so make sure to call before.

I was in dire need of an Urgent Care after hours Veterinarian facility as my dog stepped on a wasp and got the stinger embedded in her paw. The staff from the moment I called to confirm that they could even see my dog through the moment my dog and I exited their facility, we were met with the kindest, caring, and most compassionate hearts I've ever had the pleasure of knowing especially in an urgent situation as my dog had an allergic reaction to the wasp sting.

My bunny had to visit ER and saw Dr. Jeremy. Unfortunately my bunny had a blood clot and Dr. Jeremy recommended euthanasia. He quantified the prognosis and my bunny's odds for each scenario to help us make the decision. He and the nurses showed a lot of empathy during a very sad moment and gave us time to say goodbye. They also shared a lot of words of comfort during the entire process. Dr. Jeremy does have experience with rabbits which is not easy to find as fellow bunny owners know.

I can't say enough good things on the doctors they diagnosed my Winston with Cancer when 4 other vets had misdiagnosed him. I purposely come to their new location because the old location makes me feel so sad, like all the memories come to me of my loss of how I didn't know how to help my dog, how I felt like he was dying with out me being able to help him. The feeling of hopelessness where I brought my dog who hadn't eaten in 5 days and these doctors got him to eat and how many times they saved his life when I brought him i... read more

I had a pet pass away late night during the week, and it was my first time dealing with pet loss. I have no knowledge of the protocol when a pet passes (what to do with the body, how fast you have to act, etc.), so I decided to call every Vet hospital open 24/7 in my area to consult on cremation. I ended up settling on this one because it was relatively inexpensive (around $200 for a private cremation), and it was close to where I lived. I was making these calls around an hour after my pet has passed, so I was a wreck and c... read more

Had to use their services for one of my fur babies since my vet was closed for the day. Reasonable wait time vet very caring. They offer complimentary coffee bar, bottle water for the hoomans and a disposable drinking bowl for the fur clients. I also loved that a couple of days there was 2 follow up calls one from the Vet Tech and by the Vet.
