I have had a dog my entire life. Just recently I learned that female dogs can have the spay procedure done laparoscopically. Less pain, quick recovery are just two things that make this procedure better than a routine surgery. I searched online and found Irvine Valley Veterinarian Hospital did this type of surgery. It is a specialized procedure and it's difficult to find a veterinarian that can do it. Not knowing anything about the hospital or the people that work there I phoned and got the information about the surgery... read more

Took my dog because she had a bone stuck in between her palate. We took her and left but we got a call she took it off by herself, the veterinarian and other workers were very nice and honest. We really appreciate the honesty they gave us by telling us it came off by itself and not lying to us. Also a very clean place!!

One of our cats collapsed suddenly on Christmas Day. We found this place on Yelp when no other veterinary hospitals were open. The vet tried CPR, but our cat had already died. The vet and the staff were gentle and sympathetic with us because our cat's death devastated us. They went options for water cremation and the different urns and plaques with us. The prices were reasonable. They gave us a chance to give our cat a final goodbye. This was a hard moment for us, but it was made a little easier because of the care and su... read more

We had to bring our 17yo shipoo in to be put down in the middle of the night, she's been in the family her whole life and it was a sad time for us especially since I lost my father to cancer 2 weeks earlier, they were all so kind and understanding and did everything they could to help me out. They really went out of their way to help and they didn't have to do that, that says alot. The office was beautiful and there was a big team there helping peoples pets. The price was more than fair and better then the other places I called,th... read more

I brought my dog in after she got bit by a coyote since my vet didn't have any availabilities. They were very kind and willing to discuss multiple options of treatment without judgment of any final decision. Downside is this hospital is $$$$. They checked up on how she was doing after about a week and a half. Definitely will consider bringing my pup here again for future emergencies.

I took my cat in 10/30 around 8:30pm and all three staff members that I interacted with (receptionist, tech, and vet) were kind and efficient. It's been a few days and my cat is back to her normal self after they followed through with their treatment plan. I recommend this place for emergency care. Thank you!

It's been almost two months since our Maxie passed away. But I've had enough time to process his passing and I wanted to make sure I left a review for this hospital. I took our Dear Max there Friday before his passing. The staff, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the vet...VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, and caring! I'm usually guarded with things likes this but they were wonderful! It was Friday evening, September 1st, 2023. I wish I had all of their names but whoever was working there I want to express a BI... read more

No one wants to take their pet to a veterinary hospital, but this hospital has the most helpful staff and veterinarians! They provide such great customer service and took very good care of my dog who was attacked by another dog. I also really appreciate that the veterinarian reported the incident to Irvine Animal Control, who I am also really impressed with. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

Such a great experience with the team. We have been here a few times for our rabbits (during emergency hours as well), and the care they get is always high quality. So grateful that they have bunny doctors here.
