My friends and I brought in a stray kitten on Monday that was on the brink of death to the Sand Canyon ER. The staff worked their magic to revive her within 24 hours. Everyone including the vet, vet techs, front desk, and billing dept were deeply caring and vigilant in updating us about the kitten's condition despite it being a busy ER that day. My Chameleon named Pickles wasn't feeling good and turns out... she was pregnant with eggs!! (Along with needing a calcium treatment) Irvine Valley was such a positive & caring place. Everyone was so kind and treated me & my little green bean like ROYALTY and family. I am so glad I came here, it was truly the best decision!! I would gladly come back in the future!!

We were playing fetch with our dog at the park early Sunday morning when the ball got lodged in her throat. We rushed her to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital and they took her right in. They were kind, compassionate and quick. They were able to dislodge the ball and monitor her breathing. We could not have asked for a more kind and caring response from the whole team. I would have given IVVH a 20 star rating if possible. I came in there in hysterics and holding my bleeding dog that had just been attacked. Brandon, at the front desk, immediately took care of us. My dog was taken and immediately assessed, and vitals were taken. Soon I met with Dr. Nguyen and he carefully explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. One of our furbabies is very prone to accidents and every time we take him here, not that we like going there. However they treat him with care and explain everything to us about their processes and how they want to treat. Hope nobody has to take their babies here, but if you have to in case of any unfortunate circumstances you can rest assured that they will be under good care.
