Took my senior dog here upon the recommendation of a vet that didn't have any availability. My dog hasn't been eating for a few days. Everyone here is very nice and warm and welcoming. We were checked in, my dog got an initial examination, and we were brought to a room very quickly. The vet that saw my dog was very thorough and explained every possible reason my dog could be losing her appetite. I am so thankful we ended up coming to this facility. Due to extremely long wait times (anywhere from 3 to 8 hours) we drove about 40 minutes and were welcomed into a room almost immediately. All of the staff were professional, friendly, and treated our pup like she was family. Thank you so much to Dr. Woodruff and all of the staff for your help and care!

I don't take my dogs anywhere else but the emergency room because they are the best! all of the veterinarians are highly skilled and very thorough . I never feel like they are trying to gouge me. Yes, they are a little pricier, but at least you know what you're getting and there has never been a mistake. These veterinarians really know their stuff

Our cat wasn't eating or using his box so we knew something was wrong. We took him to IVVH and we are so happy that we did. He ended up having kidney problems and the future wasn't looking good for him. The team at IVVH saved his life with all the care and love they provided to our little guy over his three night stay. I had this review in for awhile, then realized I didn't "POST" it. This clinic was wonderful with my precious Lulu when she was ill and I felt she got prompt and complete care and attention. Lulu is fine now and I was very pleased with her care and the attending vet. I would highly recommend.

My umbrella cockatoo suddenly developed an immediately life threatening condition. I was able to bring her in on a weekend evening for emergency surgery that saved her life. She is recovering perfectly. I am so grateful. The place appears to be very well equipped and everybody was great! I'm so glad I found a vet that knows birds as well as other animals that I can count on in an emergency.

I have had a dog my entire life. Just recently I learned that female dogs can have the spay procedure done laparoscopically. Less pain, quick recovery are just two things that make this procedure better than a routine surgery. I searched online and found Irvine Valley Veterinarian Hospital did this type of surgery. It is a specialized procedure and it's difficult to find a veterinarian that can do it. Took my dog because she had a bone stuck in between her palate. We took her and left but we got a call she took it off by herself, the veterinarian and other workers were very nice and honest. We really appreciate the honesty they gave us by telling us it came off by itself and not lying to us. Also a very clean place!!
