Dr. Tittle is seriously the best, Our boys love her!She understand my helicopter dog mom ways and answers all my 1,000 questions! I don't know what we would do without her!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable facility. They have separate entrances/areas for dogs and cats to help avoid scuffles! Dr. Happel was so kind and quick, very good with our pup. If your pet has an issue, staff is very responsive and thorough with follow up.

Eastown Vet Clinic is one of the best places! They are great with Brodie and his nerves when he's here! Love how they greet him and light up when they see him!
At Eastown Veterinary Clinic the staff are always friendly, and compassionate when I visit. Additionally the veterinarians are very thorough and offer many opportunities to ask questions as you move forward in treatment. I also like that they price out the treatment plan prior to making decisions. I strongly recommend this veterinarian clinic if you are looking for a new clinic to join.
The team is always thorough and the dr.'s are great. The new place expansion is very inviting and I love that they have cat only rooms and lobby...so much less stress on my kitty's.

Love this place!!! Love Sam and Cassandra, exam room assistants along with Dr Neher!! They all make Molly feel safe and comfort her so it's such a positive experience for her!! They truly are top notch in their professionalism and love of their patients!! So glad I found them with Molly our new pup!! Plus I believe their rates are competitive!! Eastown was running about 20 minutes behind on appointments. I explained I needed to be out by a certain time, and they made it happen! Thank you from mom and bigger thank you from Jazzy! Peanut butter is always a great prize for her cooperation.

This is a fantastic vet clinic. Dr. Happel and her staff provide such excellent care to my senior kitty who has kidney disease. With the help of Dr. Happel's advice and care, we've been successfully managing the disease for over a year. I always get a phone call within a couple of days after an appointment, either to talk about blood work or to follow up on condition if it was a sick pet visit. Eastown and Dr. Happel have earned a patient for life--as long as I have pets and live in Grand Rapids, I wouldn't trust anyone else... read more
