We are traveling and needed a Vet for our dog who was having an allergic reaction to something unknown. The Drake was able to get him in same day and on a Sunday. The receptionists were wonderful, veterinary nurses and doctors were attentive and so sensitive to our dogs needs. We really appreciate having such wonderful place to come to.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Where did the old Drake Center go? I used to love this place. Now, I am never going back. I never complain because I understand that sometimes people have bad days and I used to be in the restaurant industry as a Manager and understand the importance of customer service. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kaela Shotwell and the staff members at Drake Center. Dr. Shotwell is so sweet, caring, humble, a great listener and responsive, as well as knowledgable. She is open to my ideas and to trying different approaches. She treats all 3 of our pets with great kindness and they respond very well to her. The Drake Center has been fantastic; great follow up and a very caring environment for you and your pets. My daughter took her cat to Drake during Mitten's final illness and they were wonderful. My dog Zuri has learned to be much calmer with staff and Drake then other vet offices. My top rec's for Drake Center

My dogs have consistently received outstanding care from the Vets. at Drake. My dogs have most recently been treated by Dr Sotwell and Dr. Hamlet. Yes cumulatively their services can be pricey, but on balance, given the quality of care, we find that most of the individual services are not that much more than at other vets. You can always ask for a more conservative- yet safe -treatment plan rather than a more proactive strategy. Concluding thoughts: outstanding care by outstanding vets that can be a bit pricey.

We have been coming here for years to see Dr. Boehme. She is just amazing. We call her the "cat whisperer" although I'm sure she's wonderful with other animals, too. She truly listens to the "owners" as well as the pets. When our previous cat was near the end of her time, she never pressured us to do procedures or tests that we felt were not needed. Now our new little guy just *loves* going there. How many cats feel that way about a vet!!

I've been using Drake since 2004 for all my dogs. They've always been very accommodating in scheduling convenient appointments. I get printouts of plans of treatments and can choose what I can afford at the time. They are very good at helping with payment plans if needed. When I've had to put my dogs down they're were really there to support me. All the staff is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had to put our 13 year old lab down about 3 weeks ago. The staff at Drake was so wonderful about the entire process. We since got a puppy and took her to Drake for her first vet visit. They were excited about our new puppy but still sympathetic about our recent loss. Drake is worth the extra cost. Even gave us a puppy care package to bring home. Thanks Drake for caring.

The front desk staff was very helpful in fitting us into the schedule on short notice. The vet assistant was kind and knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to help the vet give a diagnosis. Dr. Shotwell was very sweet with my fur baby and explained the different types of allergies she could be suffering from. When her examination was over and a determination was made she prescribed an allergy medication but also explained how it worked and carefully explained the dosage.
