Docs are great and very convenient. But when they give you medicine it is upwards of 100% over the cost at petco/chewy.com/1800petmeds. To make matters worse they make it very hard to buy from the discount sites and will not simply authorize or fax scripts to the online vendor. Super inconvenient putting money and their bottom line before the care of a pet. I emailed their "customer support" rep and received no response. Avoid these guys unless you have deep pockets to give to their rent.

Just wanted to leave an updated review... after having my boss switch vets and now her two yellow Labradors are clients at the Drake Center, one of her dogs got a weird eye drip/boogers. We were a bit concerned about it, so I called the front desk, got their e-mail, sent a picture and within 5 mins got a response back assuring us that it was most likely an allergy and to monitor it and try Benadryl. The amazing doctors at the Drake Center never disappoint. We had a possible emergency on a Saturday night and called the office in a panic. Dr. Drake called us right away to advise. Obviously, she was not at home and she was so kind and understanding. We have taken our pups to Drake Center for more that a decade and it is clear that the entire staff genuinely cares about what is best for our pets and our family.

This place really saved me today. My regular vet was closed ( because it's Sunday), and my dog had a super swollen infected toe. I popped in not expecting them to be able to see us, and was greeted by a super friendly receptionist, who checked to see if a vet could see us. They squeezed us in, and we saw Dr. Dilworth, who was very sweet, knowledgeable, and great with my dog. Everyone here was so helpful, kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for veterinary care:)

I really like this vet. They get you in and out and don't push anything extra. They actually show you a itemized bill prior to doing anything and you can just mark out what you don't want. Super easy. Clean facility and they are always super sweet to my dogs. I have been coming here for 3 years now.

Everyone at the Drake center is so caring and thoughtful. I thought we were going to have to put my poor dog Willie down for again eating something he should not have. The options provided were great and the pricing though expensive was more reasonable than any other. After surgery (Wednesday) he's almost back to his normal self. They even call to check on him!
If you want a vet that will listen to your concerns about you fur kid and genuinely want to help you find an accurate diagnosis look no further! I'm never going anywhere else. Front desk staff was amazing as was the vet tech. Love this place.
Overpriced, rude staff. Paid $83 for each of my dogs just for a new patient exam, never have I ever had to pay that much for a new patient exam. The doctor that saw both my dogs who both have heart murmures that have been monitored by three doctors for years said both of them had no heart murmurs that she could detect.. my male dogs heart murmur is irregular regular to the point where you can literally feel the skip in beats and she couldn't even detect it, she didn't want to express my 14 year old dogs anal glands because s... read more
