Overpriced, rude staff. Paid $83 for each of my dogs just for a new patient exam, never have I ever had to pay that much for a new patient exam. The doctor that saw both my dogs who both have heart murmures that have been monitored by three doctors for years said both of them had no heart murmurs that she could detect.. my male dogs heart murmur is irregular regular to the point where you can literally feel the skip in beats and she couldn't even detect it, she didn't want to express my 14 year old dogs anal glands because s... read more

It looks like you were not present at the exam that and you may not fully understand the exam findings. Our doctor would be happy to go over the information with you and answer any questions you may have. It does add so much value to your visit when the person providing the care at home is the one the comes to the visit.
I have been taking our dog to Drake for 11 years. They are really good. Several of doctors there and the staff is friendly. Clean and professional.
2 years ago place helped & Dr. Sarah helped me & my last Boxer Butch. He was able to live a bit longer with me because of this place. Just brought my 11wk old female Boxer in for the 1st time - for her wellness exam and 2nd round of shots. This is the place for my Leilani's care if and when needed. We'll be back for the next round of shots and exams if needed Thanks Drake Center!
They are so wonderful with our special dog Brindy! No judgements about her big bark ever! Our dog actually enjoys going here- even when we don't have an appointment and are walking by, she always pulls to go in for a quick hello and a biscuit.
First time taking my two terriers for Dr. Taylor Borsack's consultation and I couldn't be happier. She and her Assistant Vet Destiny Lukas went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my pups were well taken care of. They were very nice and kind to me and the dogs. There was no rush in the consultation and no pressure to have all the recommended treatments done right away. Pricing seemed average for the area. Overall I can say this was the best experience me and my dogs ever had.
We have been all around looking for a good and reliable vet that is patient with my special pup and will move at a slower speed that he is comfortable with. The Drake Center for Veterinary Care surpassed all my expectations!!! We were greeted by the most welcoming receptionists and friendly vet techs. We love The Drake Center. I can't believe I did not leave a review years ago, but better late than never. I always tell the story of how I knew The Drake Center was special from our first visit: years ago, when Dr. Hamlet met my cat for the first time, she came into the exam room, snuggled up to him, and kissed him on the head -- no other Vet had ever shown an emotional response to my cats before! I adore this clinic. Their entire staff is very friendly and so so caring about the animals they see. I got my first puppy a few weeks ago and chose to take him to the Drake center and I'm so glad I did. I know he's in good hands with them which makes being a new dog mom a lot easier! I'll be a Drake Center client for life :)
Last August my husband and I adopted our puppy Piper. We rescued her from a less than ideal situation and really didn't know much about her or her health history and wanted to get her in to see a vet ASAP, so the next day we called around and after several calls and quotes on puppy packages we settled on the Drake Center and ever since we have been so glad we did!
