Dr. Shotwell and her staff were so wonderful when I brought my cat in there to be euthanized. They are compassionate, so knowledgeable and walked me through the process. My dog is a patient and they treat him like he is their own. Thank you for being here for me today. It was a very sad day for me but you and your staff took away my anxiety.
Best animal care around! These doctors and their staff are clearly passionate about what they do! Our pets show no anxiety at all when it’s time for their visits and love coming in for check ups. I don't always take the time to write a review...but I was so impressed with my experience at The Drake Center this morning I felt compelled to say something! Dr. Shotwell was so thorough and explained everything to me in great detail (which I needed and appreciated so much!) and also handled my cat Maggie with such loving care. Best advice and product on all the cutting edge flea treatments! The docs here know what works and what doesn't due to resistance. If it's over the counter your fleas know about it and laugh at you, while taking over your pets and living room. Dr. Drake saved our family and cats from a miserable summer of scratching - her knowledge eliminated the fleas in 1 life cycle! You guys rock!
