I am absolutely sad to write this review about Drake after being their client for few months. They have NOT once mentioned about putting our pup on preventatives for heart worm. now she is 10 months old and has been visiting the vet since 4 months old.... Her skin issues have STILL not been resolved and given us with tons of medications. the other vet said that the medications for that young age shouldn't be given that much from back to back. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their quality of service.

We really appreciate dr tiglio at drake center. We had been to two vets during the week and dr tiglio wanted to run labs to check on a concern of low platelets in our beloved 11 year poodle. Turns out on sat morning our dogs platlets were at 11,000 dr tiglio couldn't get a hold of me but kept trying all numbers to reach out to my wife to let her know we need to bring our dog to vetenarian specialist in sorrento valley our dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and is currently hospitalized but should survive thank you ... read more

This office is kind, compassionate and organized. They helped us as new patients when our dog needed euthanasia and our regular vet office was closed. Very grateful to this team and their sweet demeanor in a difficult time. Thank you!

The best care we have received from a vet. Great during Covid and unbelievably kind as we dealt with a very difficult situation with our pet. My highest recommendation!

The Drake Center is great! We've had wonderful interactions with all of the staff from reception to vet techs to veterinarians. The care we receive at each interaction is excellent. The Drake Center takes time to thoroughly understand our concerns and questions and make us as first time pet owners feel more confident. The Drake Center has earned our trust and we're lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

The Drake Center contiue to be the best Vet hands down in San Diego. We are taking a long trip to Hawaii which can be very hard to due with all the paperwork and labs, vaccine down in a timely manner. They have gone above and beyond to help me through this process & I cant thank you enough. Thanks again Dr. Shotwell & all the staff @ drake center!!!

A mis-diagnose based on an x-ray led the vet at Drake tell me a "foreign material" was stuck in my cats stomach and that I should take him to the emergency vet specialist for endoscopy ASAP. $1,700, two specialists, and an overnight stay later, my cat recovered from UTI and a stuck piece of poo which was easily removed with non-invasive procedure. So, either the x-ray machine sucks at Drake or the doc mis-read the image. After I presented them with all the info, they insisted that the diagnose was correct. I wish you better ... read more

I am so happy to have the Drake Center to care for my 13 y/o pup. A family friend recommended them, and I'm glad she did. Every employee, from reception to the technicians to the doctors are professional, kind, and thorough. If they can leave this impression after only phone contact (due to COVID), that is pretty outstanding. I worked with Dr. Dilworth and she is wonderful. She's detailed and caring, and you can tell she's passionate about her job. She's there for you for follow up support as well, like when I had questions ... read more
