Went in on a Sunday after calling to be sure they had someone to see our dog. Dr Yan checked our dog and assured us all was ok. Dr Yan and all who we met at Drake were impressive and most helpful.

It saddens me to write this review because the doctors at this veterinary practice are wonderful, and I have been bringing my animals to them for the last nine years. Unfortunately their business department and hospital manager's terrible customer service skills are what is causing me to find a different clinic for my pets. I brought my dog in for a preop visit and labs a few days ago, and during the visit a quote was provided to me at the time of the preop visit for the surgery. We recently changed changed veterinarians and checked out the Drake Center on the recommendation of a friend. Nobody 'wants' to take their pet to the Vet, but if you have to, it may as well be a multi-provider practice with a great staff, comfortable environment and excellent hours - 7 days a week! Because we all know how pets only get sick on weekends! All that is exactly what the Drake Center is, but without the corporate feel. This is one of the best vet's offices I've ever taken my dog. The staff is kind and caring and always very friendly and helpful. The office is open 7 days a week which brings me peace of mind knowing I can bring in my dog any day in case of an emergency. The facility is clean and never smells.

We boarded our sweet dog here while we were away and she passed away under their care. We dropped our dog off who we loved and cared for and who our vet (at a different practice) had just examined and said she was healthy to never being able to see her again. We trusted them as a medical boarding facility and that's the biggest mistake of our lives. Wonderful practice! Responsive, caring and organized. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional. After not being able to get timely appointments at my regular vet's office, I asked a friend where they go and she recommended Drake Center. Have been bringing our cat here for the last year or so and couldn't be more pleased. I really believe they provide top notch, thorough care. After losing my first dog's amazing vet 4 years ago and then dealing with a couple of veterinarians who basically used me and my dog only for profit, doing unnecessary treatments or more than were needed, and pushing drugs that they sell themselves, I finally arrived at the Drake Center. There, from the moment I walked through the door, I felt the kindness and an energy of empathy and compassion. My dog had a very bad heart condition and his prognosis was not good to begin with. So happy my friend recommended this place for my dog. Couldn't be happier with the visit. The staff is very friendly, the Doctor was very thorough in her exam...she took her time as well as answered all of my questions. From the first call, the communication from everyone has been wonderful...refreshing compared to my previous vet. I highly recommend The Drake Center!!

We took our new pup in for his first check up! Everyone was great and explained puppy care to my kids in words they could understand.
