I can't say enough good things about Rau from the front desk, the techs to the awesome doctors. We are always treated with respect and I know my dogs are getting the best care....and there are 5 of them, all with different needs. This is only my second visit to Rau, and my first with my large American Staffordshire. Dr Murphy and assisting nurse know the breed and just gave him lots of positive praise. I appreciate this as the last vet I went to, I could tell she was not a fan of the breed. The service, diagnosis, and fees all work out to manageable. You get a lot of value here at Rau and the nicest people. So a huge thumbs up for me.
We have always had good experiences with RAU. We got some really bad news about our cat during this particular visit, and the doctor was very good at delivering the news in an understanding and sympathetic way.
We used Rau many years ago for our first rescue dog, Hershey, however, ended up going through Banefield either because of price or scheduling purposes. We cannot remember anymore quite honestly. We had many joyful years with our first family dog and he almost met all of our three beautiful children but missed it by two months with our last.
