We've been taking our small dog and cat to Pet Care Center at Luna Park for over 4 years now. They are so wonderful- we love Dr. Griffith and Dr. Dean! We have always had the best service, from the people at the front desk, to the vet techs to the doctors themselves. Everyone is very friendly and they have offered wonderful care for our pets. Two years ago I moved out of Seattle, to Europe, but it dawned on me this morning that this place was so amazing, and I still had to write a review. Basically: I needed to bring my dog to Switzerland. The other vet I went to (Eastlake Vet) was terribly unhelpful and rude. The first thing I must say is the entire staff at Pet Care Center at Luna Park is TOP NOTCH. The no appointment needed policy works well for all of us who have those true pet emergencies. I've been taking my cats there for years, and had the typical "Hi, we're here for our yearly visit" experiences up until recently. We adopted a small kitten that showed signs of sickness. Our Dog Sidney was treated at Pet Care Center since we adopted him twelve years ago. Dr Griffith, Dr Dean and their whole staff have always delivered great care and have been very professional. Their clinic really came through for us at the end of Sidney's life when we needed them the most, helping us through the transition and making the process as easy as was possible. That's when you know you have a great Vet.

I need a vet in a West Seattle for my English Bulldog. I checked the area and read reviews. I decided on this one and boy what a great decision!! Nice friendly clean office! The young girl that worked with the doctor when I went in (6/2/14) was so delightful abs the doctor really checked her out so thorough I thought and spent do much time looking her over I thought the bill would be out rages! NOPE...:) I was stunned and so happy. Great expectancy with a great price.

I recently moved to West Seattle and I was looking for a Vet that was reasonably priced and also really would try to understand my dog.... She is a German shepherd and constantly sick, but also gets extremely nervous at the Vet and can act aggressive (she doesn't bite tho). They were amazing! I saw a new doctor there and she was wonderful. They didn't try to overcharge me or over treat my dog, and the vet and vet assistant worked great with my baby. I took my cat here in an emergency situation. The vet and staff were so caring and helpful. I had been through 3 very stressful days of taking my cat to emergency care and different vets and feeling very flustered. This was the first vet I felt really comfortable with and feel like they really care about my pet and not just my money. I will come here from now on for all if my pet care needs. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

My dog Booker loves Dr. Dean and he always gets pets and cookies from the friendly receptionist here. Appointments are walk-in only, but I did not have a problem with a wait coming in on a Friday afternoon. We were only here for a checkup, but Dr. Dean was thorough and friendly. I'd recommend em, especially if you live nearby!
