I need a vet in a West Seattle for my English Bulldog. I checked the area and read reviews. I decided on this one and boy what a great decision!! Nice friendly clean office! The young girl that worked with the doctor when I went in (6/2/14) was so delightful abs the doctor really checked her out so thorough I thought and spent do much time looking her over I thought the bill would be out rages! NOPE...:) I was stunned and so happy. Great expectancy with a great price.

I recently moved to West Seattle and I was looking for a Vet that was reasonably priced and also really would try to understand my dog.... She is a German shepherd and constantly sick, but also gets extremely nervous at the Vet and can act aggressive (she doesn't bite tho). They were amazing! I saw a new doctor there and she was wonderful. They didn't try to overcharge me or over treat my dog, and the vet and vet assistant worked great with my baby. I took my cat here in an emergency situation. The vet and staff were so caring and helpful. I had been through 3 very stressful days of taking my cat to emergency care and different vets and feeling very flustered. This was the first vet I felt really comfortable with and feel like they really care about my pet and not just my money. I will come here from now on for all if my pet care needs. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

My dog Booker loves Dr. Dean and he always gets pets and cookies from the friendly receptionist here. Appointments are walk-in only, but I did not have a problem with a wait coming in on a Friday afternoon. We were only here for a checkup, but Dr. Dean was thorough and friendly. I'd recommend em, especially if you live nearby!

What I want from my vet or doctor is connection. This means they take the time to listen and understand what is best for my pet and family. I am grateful for the kindness, empathy and honesty that I experienced here. My experience involved my aging big dog who is on the back side of life. I had a wonderful experience bringing my kitten in for his first vet appointment here. I have a vet I love in Ballard, but since I moved to West Seattle I was looking for a vet who is closer. The whole office has a very welcoming feel and put me at ease as soon as I walked in. The front desk was really professional and super nice. I have been taking my dog to a very popular vet for 8 year now. I have never had anything bad to say about them and always been pleased. So when I moved to West Seattle I found no reason to change. I found Pet Care Center on Yelp and decided to try them out with our new puppy based on the consistent high ratings. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with them. Everyone on staff is extremely kind and caring, and they are absolutely great with my dog - from routine vaccines to his neutering to a sick visit - they have always thoroughly explained everything to me and their fees are reasonable. We just moved from Maryland so we needed a vet immediately to cut our pug Sam's nails, an event she detests. We had our previous vet fax her vaccination records over and we were able to walk in early Saturday morning. Elise, Andrea and Chelsea were great with our pet. As most pets that figure out where they are, our pug was nervous but she received a warm greeting from everyone, even some dog biscuits for Sam for sitting.
