I just wanted to say, Pet Care Center is wonderful! We lost our female Basset, Belle, to lymphoma in September, 2011, she was only six, and the light of our lives, so we were devastated, naturally. Belle had always seen Dr. Griffith (love him!) and also went there for grooming a couple of times a month, so she was completely at home there, the entire staff are amazing! For me yelp star ratings are hit and miss. Word to the wise people, read the entire reviews. With that being said, this was By far the BEST vet I've seen. My senior cat gets motion sickness while traveling and had gotten sick in his crate upon arrival. The staff were unbelievably helpful and concerned by his condition and I have never been greeted by a more welcoming person. Thank you for putting me at ease. I took my dog Bob here after he hurt his back, all of the staff were very friendly, attentive, and called several times to check up on Bob after we left. I'm on a budget, and they offered me different treatment options, which I greatly appreciated! I would recommend Pet Care Center to anyone who needs a quality vet without going broke!

I have taken my dog to Pet Care Center since he was 8 weeks old. I was a little concerned when Dr. Pompano retired but Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith have been wonderful. I love that I don't need an appointment to bring my dog in and the staff is always professional and efficient. The pricing is definitely reasonable and I appreciate the options they give me when deciding on the direction of care.

This place was recommended to me and I had a good experience. They were friendly, compassionate and attentive to the needs of me and my dog. Reasonable in scheduling and pricing. They answered every question I had, thoughtfully and patiently. I can't tell, because I'm not a vet, but they really seemed to know what they were doing.

Matt and I moved our 3 dogs from West Seattle Animal Hospital to here. What a relief! Pet Care Center is way more personable, they acknowledge you as a customer, and they even make follow up calls to check on your dog! Parking is easy around here, unlike that of WS Animal Hospital where you have 2 spots to park in at a garage. I would highly recommend Pet Care Center for anyone with a pet. We are so thankful to all the staff at Pet Care Center for their expertise, customer service, and genuine compassion toward our dog and toward us. We awoke to find our normally healthy dog vomiting and leaving numerous droplets of blood all over the living room floor. Having relocated to Seattle, we had not yet needed a vet and were overwhelmed by the number of options and reviews. As a new pet owner I went to this clinic as it was a short walk down from my home. I called ahead to see if i needed an appointment and they said to just walk on in. As i was filling out paperwork i realized i forgot my wllet and they said oh well take care of your kitty while you go get it, theb as i returned i realized i forgot the free voucher for the checkup!
