The yelp reviews are right on with this one. The staff are exceptionally friendly. I really enjoyed Dr McNeeley, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took lots of time examining my dog and obviously took time to review the previous records as she asked questions regarding the previous history. My dog was greated by every staff member including one of the other doctors who wasn't involved with the visit. I was a little skeptical of the no appointment system, as they only do walk ins. This is the best pet care I have ever encountered. We went here several years ago and were very displeased, but new owners now and a vast improvement. The Doctors are very helpful when explaining treatment options and we never felt pressured to choose any of them. The techs are very caring (especially Kailani) and even our 14 year old cat, who does not like being around other people besides us was put at ease by her. Highly recommend this place!

I just wanted to say, Pet Care Center is wonderful! We lost our female Basset, Belle, to lymphoma in September, 2011, she was only six, and the light of our lives, so we were devastated, naturally. Belle had always seen Dr. Griffith (love him!) and also went there for grooming a couple of times a month, so she was completely at home there, the entire staff are amazing! For me yelp star ratings are hit and miss. Word to the wise people, read the entire reviews. With that being said, this was By far the BEST vet I've seen. My senior cat gets motion sickness while traveling and had gotten sick in his crate upon arrival. The staff were unbelievably helpful and concerned by his condition and I have never been greeted by a more welcoming person. Thank you for putting me at ease. I took my dog Bob here after he hurt his back, all of the staff were very friendly, attentive, and called several times to check up on Bob after we left. I'm on a budget, and they offered me different treatment options, which I greatly appreciated! I would recommend Pet Care Center to anyone who needs a quality vet without going broke!

I have taken my dog to Pet Care Center since he was 8 weeks old. I was a little concerned when Dr. Pompano retired but Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith have been wonderful. I love that I don't need an appointment to bring my dog in and the staff is always professional and efficient. The pricing is definitely reasonable and I appreciate the options they give me when deciding on the direction of care.

This place was recommended to me and I had a good experience. They were friendly, compassionate and attentive to the needs of me and my dog. Reasonable in scheduling and pricing. They answered every question I had, thoughtfully and patiently. I can't tell, because I'm not a vet, but they really seemed to know what they were doing.

Matt and I moved our 3 dogs from West Seattle Animal Hospital to here. What a relief! Pet Care Center is way more personable, they acknowledge you as a customer, and they even make follow up calls to check on your dog! Parking is easy around here, unlike that of WS Animal Hospital where you have 2 spots to park in at a garage. I would highly recommend Pet Care Center for anyone with a pet.
