I am so grateful that I took my cat to Dr Kitchen, she listened to me and I felt like she really cared about him. He is doing so much better now and I cannot thank Dr Kitchen and Pet care center enough! With the current COVID restrictions everyone was so kind, I had to stay in my car but they called me frequently to update me and ask questions and Dr Kitchens came outside and talked to me at length about his work up and treatment. There are alot of things to say about PCC at Luna Park. Especially when given the chance to see this team for routine care and when Maxwell's Silver Hammer comes down on your dog's head. The Germans describe such care with a simple word - Ausgezeichnet! A span of 7 years, Dr Griffith has cared for my unspayed English Mastiff. PCC@Luna Park delivers spot on preventative health care and provided emergency help and direction in 2 of Astro's life threatening (shit happens) events. Great Care & Customer Service! Took my cat here as a new patient and they were great. Very helpful, professional and follow up has been amazing. I feel good about their approach and happy to find excellent pet care.

Dr. Dean and the staff at Pet Care Center at Luna Park are amazing! They took such great care of my beloved Mr. Whiskers. Saying good-bye to a pet is never easy, but I appreciated the care and compassion we received from this office.

I've been meaning to post this but I just remembered recently! We had an incident here with our dog (our fault) but the Vets, Assistants, and front desk were all amazing. They were all understanding and just asked us to bring mouth protection next time we came in. Which I think is absolutely fair. They had an opportunity to be rude to me and they never went that route. Amazing customer service the whole time I was there. I do absolutely recommend this vet. I feel better the minute I scramble in with my hyper 60 lb dog who's happy to see the folks who are so nice to her. ( Kitty is never so happy but they are equally sweet to her.) Pooch literally drags me Into the front door! . I appreciate the friendly, organized front desk staff and knowledgeable doctors and vet techs. My dog is squirrelly , so she needs 2 people for most exams and shots! The team always seems calm, never exasperated, no mater how busy they are. Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffiths have been caring for my Cavalier for years now and I find them to be someplace my Cavalier LOVES going to as both Vets and Assistants are friendly, welcoming and good listeners as to your concerns. They give expert advice, help with serious issues and have many resources they willingly share. I'm a big fan.

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful Dr Dean and Griffith are. In fact, the whole staff is amazing. When we moved back to WA 7 yes ago we started taking out Chow mix and Boston Terrier to Pet Care Center. Through good times and bad, including the passing of our Boston, the staff has been warm, kind, and thoughtful. I would without hesitation recommend this office to any pet owner.

Drs Dean and Griffith are such kind and compassionate vets and the office staff and techs are all so sweet and caring. We love that our docs call to check on our old girl and work with us closely in planning next steps when they arise. Affordable and honest clinic, I cannot say enough good things about them.
