Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffiths have been caring for my Cavalier for years now and I find them to be someplace my Cavalier LOVES going to as both Vets and Assistants are friendly, welcoming and good listeners as to your concerns. They give expert advice, help with serious issues and have many resources they willingly share. I'm a big fan.

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful Dr Dean and Griffith are. In fact, the whole staff is amazing. When we moved back to WA 7 yes ago we started taking out Chow mix and Boston Terrier to Pet Care Center. Through good times and bad, including the passing of our Boston, the staff has been warm, kind, and thoughtful. I would without hesitation recommend this office to any pet owner.

Drs Dean and Griffith are such kind and compassionate vets and the office staff and techs are all so sweet and caring. We love that our docs call to check on our old girl and work with us closely in planning next steps when they arise. Affordable and honest clinic, I cannot say enough good things about them.

The whole staff is wonderful. We have gone to them for two dogs and will continue to go to them. We also refer them to others. They care about our pets and treat them like family. Every step of the way we feel care for and understand expectations.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I've been coming here since at least 2013. I've even moved away and come back but no matter where I live in the Puget Sound, I make the effort to trek here instead of even closer vets to me. Both doctors are so compassionate. The clinic is also quite affordable for all my pets to be served. I also use only them for boarding my dogs. I trust them so much.

Dr.Griffith and Dr. Su Chin along with there staff provide outstanding care for my dog, they are thorough, caring and very knowledgeable. Today they were able to squeeze me in even though I did not have an appointment and we ended up having to spend a couple of hours there and it was no issue for Dr Su Chin and her friendly staff. They make the visit comfortable for my dog who is nervous at the vet, I highly recommend Pet Care Center.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Pet Care Center on Avalon for at least 10 years now and think they are really good. I won't go anywhere else unless I'm forced to! While all pet care is expensive, I don't think Pet Care Center is any more so than others, and possibly a bit less than some I've heard of. I highly recommend Doctors Dean and Griffith!

So lucky my dog and I found this awesome team. From the kind front desk staff to the thorough, thoughtful and compassionate care of Dr. Griffith I can't recommend this team highly enough. I even use their groomer Nix. They have gone above and beyond in uncovering and treating an illness in my dog and the whole team always tries to make the experience as easy as possible on the both of us. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for a very long time. I have brought four different animals here and each time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They are very good with the animals and my new puppy has no fear or anxiety when we arrive. They are thorough and they make it easy to bring her in.
