The whole staff is wonderful. We have gone to them for two dogs and will continue to go to them. We also refer them to others. They care about our pets and treat them like family. Every step of the way we feel care for and understand expectations.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I've been coming here since at least 2013. I've even moved away and come back but no matter where I live in the Puget Sound, I make the effort to trek here instead of even closer vets to me. Both doctors are so compassionate. The clinic is also quite affordable for all my pets to be served. I also use only them for boarding my dogs. I trust them so much.

Dr.Griffith and Dr. Su Chin along with there staff provide outstanding care for my dog, they are thorough, caring and very knowledgeable. Today they were able to squeeze me in even though I did not have an appointment and we ended up having to spend a couple of hours there and it was no issue for Dr Su Chin and her friendly staff. They make the visit comfortable for my dog who is nervous at the vet, I highly recommend Pet Care Center.

So lucky my dog and I found this awesome team. From the kind front desk staff to the thorough, thoughtful and compassionate care of Dr. Griffith I can't recommend this team highly enough. I even use their groomer Nix. They have gone above and beyond in uncovering and treating an illness in my dog and the whole team always tries to make the experience as easy as possible on the both of us. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for a very long time. I have brought four different animals here and each time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They are very good with the animals and my new puppy has no fear or anxiety when we arrive. They are thorough and they make it easy to bring her in.

My cat has been a patient here for years. They are amazing, always manage to calm her down and are so gentle with her. As an elderly cat she couldn't be in better hands. Their skill and expertise has made her comfortable and have a better quality of life. Can't recommend them enough.

We've been going to the Pet Care Center veterinarians for about two years and really like them. They're very knowledgeable and super friendly. We are always able to get appointments for our cat and dog in quickly, and service is excellent. Parking can be a bit cramped, but we've always found a spot.

The most caring, skilled, compassionate vets ever.... Drs. Griffith and Dean, together with their excellent staff are where you need to take your beloved pet. Sixty years of having beloved dogs and cats in my family's life teaches many lessons about the importance of a highly skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary doctor. If you love your pet, take them here if at all possible. We cannot say enough about both the medical skills and the kindness. mjs

This vet was recommended to me by a native of Seattle. Now, I will be highly recommending this place. I brought my dog in and saw Dr. Griffith. Dr. Griffith and Maybell (I think that was her name) his assistant, were so great! He was very calm and my dog actually liked him! He didn't try to sell me anything or guilt me into any additional medical work.
