I've been taking my pets to Pet Care Center for close to ten years. Initially, we saw Dr. Pamparo who was awesome. He was kind and empathetic and his prices were the best in town. I was nervous when I heard the practice had sold that we would no longer receive the same level of service, empathy and value that we had with Dr. Pamparo. My first experience with the new owners, Dr. Su-Chin Dean and Dr. Robert Griffith, was under unfortunate circumstances- it was time to put my elderly kitty down. Dr. Griffith counseled me... read more
After moving to Seattle 2 years ago, I had a great deal of trouble finding a vet that provided the same high quality service that I was used to getting from my former vet. I used Pet Care Center for a routine test for my dog, and was so happy with them that I've been going there ever since. Prices are reasonable and care is great. I feel like they remember me and my dog each time we're there and we're more than just a number. Walk in service is very convenient and I never had to wait long. As a bonus, my dog is HAPPY ea... read more
Both my cats are clients here and we are very lucky. Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith are very knowledgeable, responsible, and considerate. They are concerned about your animals well being, and it shows, with the time they spend with you and the information and feedback they give. The team they have working with them is friendly and patient, and the clinic is well kept. I recommend Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith to anyone who cares about their best friends health and happiness.
I can't say enough about Jason, the tech who first met with my skittish kitties. He was so sweet & so calming. My Albert really does NOT like being held, but Jason very much put him (& therefore me) at ease. Such a nice, nice guy!
Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the staff here. I was nervous as my 14yr old kitty had a bloody nose with lots of bleeding. My animals (14yrs old & 16 yrs old) are indoor only and fortunately, they've never had any health issues. So thanks to others reviews here, I took a chance with this one, and believe me, we were nervous parents. They were wonderful and super nice to my nervous kitty. But Tigger liked them and they had him purring in no time. They even taught me how to give him his meds, which has also gon... read more
We had to take our wonderful cat "Cougar" in to be put down as he was quite old and not doing so well. I have never been treated so well and the staff was very compassionate. Receiving "Cougars" inked paw prints on a card was so touching. We had them framed. Thank you for all of your kindness and compassion. Cindy in West Seattle
We took our beloved cat here for the past few years until he recently took a turn for the worse. Putting him to sleep was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, and our vet at the Pet Care Center was the most empathetic doctor I've ever encountered. He helped us navigate our options right up until the end. The cost of care was unbelievably reasonable as well. Thank you for giving our sweet old boy the respectful ending he deserved.
We recenlty moved to Washington, and, stopped by the Pet Care Center to ask if they treat exotics. While they could not treat ours, they were very helpful and talked to me about where I could go. The girl helping me really seemed to care that I found a place that was good. A couple of weeks later, our cat of 17 years became ill. We had no idea what to do, or how to handle it, but, we had a good idea where we should take him. It turns out, his time had come, and he needed to be put to rest. The tech's and doctor were delica... read more
I have a CRF cat (15 yrs old). I had been going to a VCA pet clinic that wasn't very close in distance, so I thought I would try a clinic closer. I decided to try out Pet Care Center (drop-in only - no appointments). They are under new owners. I am SO impressed with the service I received! They are very personable & friendly. They set me up w/ Sub-Q fluids to administer at home, and with other meds to help my cat with her disease (the other clinic never even spoke of these treatments). They also told me that if I couldn't ad... read more
