Losing a pet is very traumatic. Our family had to put to sleep our dog of 20 years. Su-Chen and the staff were very compassionate and sympathetic to the emotional breakdown of our family. I had to do the same with a 15 year old spaniel 5 years ago at another clinic, and it was very cold hearted. Here they make your pet comfortable before putting to sleep. We had switched to them a couple years ago, and the care was always first rate for a beloved member of our family.

There is little I can add to the already stellar reviews here. Dr. Su-Chin Dean and her husband Dr. Robert Griffith and their staff are wonderful. Their clinic is very clean and welcoming. Our dog is treated like a long lost friend. They truly love animals here as well as their owners. Thank you Pet Care Center for taking such good care of our Tango.

I've been going to the South Seattle vet in burien for my dog and although I liked the service there, I felt their prices were unfair. Found this place on yelp and I only live less than 5 min away so I brought my dog here. I thought she had an ear and eye infection. Turns out her ears were fine and she actually had a tick right next to her eye.. My poor baby :( Staff was extremely friendly and fast. Friendly staff, from the moment we walked in, right up until we left. It was my first visit, and also my first puppy, and the staff was so helpful and very knowledgable. I wish I were staying in the Seattle area so that I could make the Pet Care Center our permanent vet!

I've been going here every month since September. They have been treating my Anemic Corgi for IMHA. As much as I hate that my dog has to see the vet monthly, they are so pleasant that I don't dread it. Their affordable prices also makes this long treatment bearible. I have another Corgi and if she needed vet care, I'll be taking her here. Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith are both great. THE BEST. FUR'REAL! First off all- they take walk-ins all the time, which is extra helpful for me, as I'm never sure of when I'll have time available. They still have a full service clinic (not true of all walk-in vets), so I can get x-rays, surgery and lab work done here too. I started off by taking dogg-o here when he decided he didn't want to drink water for three days but had no other symptoms. The vet was GREAT. I brought my dog in today at 8 in the morning without an appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet and so pretty! They were patient with Otto, who is a hyperactive bug-eyed Boston Terrier (now imagine all that energy mixed with nerves, and you just get a psychotic creature), and they all dealt with him extremely well. When Dr. Griffith was able to see Otto, he knew right away just by touching Otto's back legs, that Otto had been suffering from a luxating patella. So happy with this whole team. Not only are they fantastic with my beautiful cat but they appear to truly care about what is going on with your animals health. If you live in the area I definitely recommend this wonderful place.
