I was definitely not pleased with the service that I received here. I brought my 8 week old kitten in to get his first check up and make sure he was all okay. He got his blood work done, some shots, some anti-pest meds and I was told that I should bring a stool sample back but I would be billed for it at the end of my visit. The staff was very friendly and I had no issues there. HOWEVER, Everything after that point was horrible. My 2-week old kitten was constipated. We came and spent $100 dollars just two days ago in this clinic. The kitten continued to have same problem and instead of coming up with a solution for the problem (like advising some medicine) they suggested that I come every other day to the clinic and spend $40 every other day. They also said that "our top priority is kitten's interest and health, not your money" well it surely doesn't look like it. The Worst Service EVER!!! My kitty is going to die cause they ripped me off!! The x-rays were pitch black and they r unwilling to fix them and I cannot afford new ones. I have sent the x-rays to other vets and they all agree that th x-rays are pitch black. I cannot believe these people take care of animals. Also the vet before the x-rays knew that she could not help my kitty but she sure took my money for x-rays! Greedy Greedy Greedy!!!!!

My family has been using Pet Care Center since before current owners, husband and wife, Dr. Dean and Dr. Griffith bought the practice several years back. We get our dog's vaccinations there with no problem. We also get our dog's nails trimmed there. I think they're the only vet that will file the nails for smoothness. We really like that. Great Pet care, WORST customer service. The care for pets at this place is great! I can't complain there. I have taken my cat there for two and a half years and he has received great care for his shots, boarding, worms etc. As for the administration side....it's very frustrating. First, I wanted to board my cat there in December for a few hours while we had our tub refinished. He was up to date on his shots, his annual and only goes to Luna park for his appointments.
