Great Pet care, WORST customer service. The care for pets at this place is great! I can't complain there. I have taken my cat there for two and a half years and he has received great care for his shots, boarding, worms etc. As for the administration side....it's very frustrating. First, I wanted to board my cat there in December for a few hours while we had our tub refinished. He was up to date on his shots, his annual and only goes to Luna park for his appointments.
