These people do not genuinely care about your pets. I tried calling them today for my dog who is a patient there and told them of his case, that he has a cut that started excreting blood and all the receptionist told me, we can't help him we are fully booked today and only here until noon. I get it you guys are a business but the least you could do is help my dog out or suggest where I can go to get help. All you people want is our money, you don't care about these animals. Selfish!!!
I have been coming here for years, I love the care my pets get as well as the fun loving staff! My pets are treated with loving care and kindness, and I can say no to a suggested treatment and/or have a good discussion about it without getting shamed!
This is the BEST vet ever! A friend referred me here and I was not disappointed. The girls at the front desk were so friendly, loving towards my dog, and very helpful. Dr. Moore saw my puppy and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She is amazing along with the veterinary technicians who cared for my puppy. The staff gave me informational pamphlets and advised me on upcoming visits and what to expect with my new puppy! We will definitely be Coming back and thank you all for the great care!
The staff here is very friendly. My family has taken their dogs here up until they moved and I take my two dogs here. I've known Dr.Moore for years and she's a great vet in addition to being a very kind hearted woman. I have a HUGE Newfoundland (144pounds), who's still young and gets extremely excited when going to the vet. Dr.Moore is the only vet that can really handle him. He likes to try to jump on her & hump and she's extremely patient with him. Most importantly, she always gets the issue resolved. I recommend Dr.Moore ... read more
Years ago, Took our cat there; he was sick and had to be put to sleep. The vet chastised my wife for holding on too long. Very unprofessional and a true "piece of work". Needless to say, found another Vet in town that knows how to interact with people.
I am so grateful to Livermore Veterinary Hospital. When I moved to Livermore from out of state, I didn't know where to go for my dog's care and I'm happy I found them. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. They made sure that my nervous puppy had a comfortable and positive vet visit. They made genuine recommendations for immunizations my dog needed and I didn't feel like they were "selling" me treatments. It put me at ease knowing they have my pet's best interest. I also have to say that the follow up was great. The vet ... read more
I contacted Livermore veterinary Hospital to inquire about spaying my 1 1/2 year old Labrador Retriever and the quote I got was $800. It's no wonder why there are so many unwanted puppies when vets charge this amount to be a responsible dog owner. Shame on you! If you want to keep dogs out of the shelters you have to have reasonable spaying prices
Such a wonderful staff all around! The receptionists, techs, and Doctors are all so kind, they all truly care about what they do and their patients. Could not ask for a more compassionate team to take care of dogs. Absolutely LOVE them, especially Dawn!
I have been taking my cat to Livermore Veterinary Hospital for 12 years, and they have taken great care of him through every phase of his life. In recent years, we've been seeing Dr. Heather Moore, who is an exceptional vet and advocate on my pet's behalf. My cat was seen at an emergency vet over the weekend a few weeks ago, and while it took them several days to give me a diagnosis, Dr. Moore received the lab results and immediately recognized that he had diabetes. Dr. Moore was able to help me avert a major health crisis a... read more
