Our pets have been lovingly cared for by all the staff at Livermore Veterinary Hospital for 25+ years. The doctors and staff are very friendly, professional and excellent with our furbabies' care. We have experienced regular routine check-ups to cancer treatments, major surgeries and death over the years. We have felt supported by the entire staff at LVH, no matter what the reason is for our visit. I tried to order a refill of my dogs flea medication. They said they can't give the medicine at the physical location and to just order it through the online prescription link on the website. I did that twice and the medicine never came. I called them and asked why it has not shipped and the receptionist said to just fill it out again. My dog is being bit by so many fleas and these guys were of 0 help. Oh and I was hung up on as well. I am currently going to Ohana but looking for another vet as I feel the care for my pet at Ohana's has really gone downhill. After reading Livermore Vet Hospital Yelp reviews and their company website I liked what I saw. I called the office in hopes of getting my 8 yr old cat in for his annual wellness check up. I spoke to Anjelica who was very sweet, but unfortunately she informed me they are not taking any new clients until September. Sad face.

I wish I could give a zero. My pup was a patient with Livermore Veterinary Hospital since he was 8 weeks old. Given we started seeing LVH during the pandemic, I ignored the long waiting times (longest was over an hour) and disorganization and chalked it up to a test of the times. However, the breaking point was when my pet had an eye infection that LVH said looked "VERY BAD" based on a picture I sent them. I usually don't leave reviews but this is the best veterinary service I have ever experienced. We initially brought our pets to Ohana but we never felt like the vets really cared for our cats and there were many incidences that happened that made us look for a different vet. I am so happy to have found Livermore veterinary hospital. Everyone from the reception to the vets are so friendly and they took care of our cats really well. Let me first start by saying the doctor is beyond amazing, intelligence is one thing but also being very caring and passionate about what you do is something else. I have never felt so comfortable bringing my pets to this doctor. He takes the time to explain every little detail.I have recommended at least 20 people to him because of their amazing facility. Also stuff is very sweet, you can Till they love their job, and what they do

LVH cared for my pups for about 11 months. Everything from allergies, upset stomachs to nail trims. The doctor was professional and informative. Candace, their office administrator, is AMAZING. She is very detailed, polite, and just gets things done. Thank you for always taking care of me and my doggies. LVH is doing the best they can to stay on time with the appointments during Covid 19. Always great and super nice. When I moved to Livermore I tried one other veterinarian and she told me my dog was nervous cause I was nervous, I was like what now!?! With her Tigger socks and Fanny Pack, haha! Then tried Livermore Veterinary Hospital and found our match. I'm a fan and you'll be one too!

This place let us Down 2 different times. They are all about the money, not your pets well being. You are only on there"A" list if your dog is already a patient with them,even with a prescription they would not sell me food needed for our sick dog. our pet was severely sick and they wouldn't get him in for a week, I would suggest a different vet for your pets.
