Wonderful, loving and professional vets and staff who give animals only the best of care. We are always greeted with smiles and courtesy. The veterinary techs are always professional and gentle with our pets and explain things when asked. The vets take time with us and offer alternatives if needed. I love the care they have given all our pets and wouldn't go anywhere else!

My dog passed away on a Saturday. Our Vet in Dublin was closed until Monday. I called several places and they all wanted to charge me for their cremation services ($200+). Livermore Veterinary Hospital graciously held my little one until I could get to my Vet on Tuesday - free of charge. Regardless of the fact I am a client of elsewhere and I made that clear, I was treated very well during such a personally delicate time. I'm really happy with this vet overall but it always seems like everything takes forever here! Everything from being called to the back to even waiting in the room once you're back there! They are very caring though and great with my dog.

First off... The grumpy rude front office person that has been mentioned in past reviews... I'm glad to say... She either no longer works there or was lucky and it was her day off. I have nothing but great reviews for Livermore Veterinary Hospital. Had to bring my daughters cat in to be treated for an abscess on his leg from a fight. Not only did the entire staff act with compassion and respect towards me... But they made me feel like Jack (our cat) was their cat too. I've been taking my dog here for 10 years. The doctor is good. However, when I called to get an appointment because my dog was ill, they told me the doctors were booked and to go somewhere else. So they get 1 star for not even trying to help! I called another vet in town, who was more than helpful. It sounded like they actually cared! Don't bother going here, because they are too busy to care when your pet is sick.

I have taken 3 dogs to this office. I have gotten along well with the front staff and all the techs that work in the back with the doctors. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Bloomfield I feel she goes out of her way to make sure my dogs are well taken care of. I can't ever imagine letting anyone else care for my pups. Thanks everyone!

Here I am again, saying how much I dislike this place YELP is a place for customer reviews, right? right. person opinions. My dog got into a fight and needed a vet appt immediately. We hadn't taken them to a different vet yet, and we called a few other places in a hurry and they were the only people that could get her in. I am so greatful to have found Dr.Moore, and the wonderful staff at Livermore Veterinary Hospital. I have a large German Shepherd who thinks he's a lap dog and after a few not so great experiances at previous vet is terrified of going to the vet. Dr.Moore and the staff helped build Max's confidance and ease his nerves. They are by far the best vets in Livermore, and the best I have ever been to.I will never take my boy anywhere else! Nice staff, very professional , clean facility , they seem to care about my pets needs, my complaints are that their prices seem higher than other vets and that upselling is a little annoying.
