This staff was INCREDIBLE. My poor dog needed to be seen ASAP for a skin infection. Brandon from the front office was amazing. He put my nerves at ease at every step from my initial phone call to check out - and even follow up texts :) He was with us in the exam room and walked me through everything while also being so caring for my pup. The vet.. usually has reputation of just wanting money and hardly willl car for your fur baby. I went to 3 different emergency vet clinics to get quotes for my babies blockage. I couldn't afford the 10k that one of the vets quoted me. Said if I couldn't afford the surgery (not even the whole surgery of the opening but to unblock him) I should consider putting him down... The Irvine valley veterinary hospital staff are truly some of the most amazing people. My cat suddenly got sick and stopped eating. As soon as I brought him in they took care of him and explained everything to me at each step of the way. They were dedicated to his case and provided the best care they could have, to not only him, but me too. Great Animal Hospital. A Special shout out & Enormous Thank You to Dr.Kelly, Emma, Santos & Shirley. My 6 lb Yorkie delivered her 3 babies at this Hospital. Last October very late at night my Yorkie was in labor. one puppy was born at our home with no complication. but we realized the other babies were delayed in delivery. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I brought my cat Bucky in at 1am on Thursday and the staff was so sweet and talked me through what needed to be done but also helped me find a plan that worked for my financial needs. Everyone was so caring and sweet even for how late it was. Referring all my friends!

I came in on Memorial Day weekend with my rabbit, who had maggots in his skin folds around his privates. It was a horrifying find but the staff took us right in and assessed him as soon as possible. He was running a fever. They put him in a cool off area and then cleaned his areas. The staff was very helpful and kept me informed as to what was going on. especially Brandon and the doctor. Would highly recommend Irvine Valley Veterinary. My pup had to be seen somewhat urgently on a Sunday and they were welcoming and answered my questions on the phone. The entire staff was awesome despite it being a very busy day! Sam was especially nice, helpful and professional as was the veterinarian who saw Max. He was diligent in listening to his health history and examined him and treated him appropriately. An overdue, huge thank-you to Dr. Chloe Rejniak and staff here for their excellent, empathetic work when my dog was bitten on the neck and had to be brought in as an emergency late near midnight.
