Jean, Brandon, Mayra, Dr. Manoukian, Jasmine, & SX Staff These people are literally saints. Not only did they help my pet but they helped me as well through a very difficult time. Had to take my cat chai in after a traumatic tail accident and they were so accommodating. You can really tell the whole staff really cares about animals and people. From the moment I called them they were so patient and guided me with what went on with my pet. They didn't make me waste any time filling unnecessary paperwork when I arrived. They also were waiting for me when I showed up. The entire staff and Dr's were amazing. Dr. Manukian was super kind and kept me updated as well as the rest. I felt completely at ease knowing my baby was with them.
How to say thank you with written words when there are no words that can convey the exceptional care from the Veterinary Staff at Irvine Valley Hospital. Tonight I had to bring a beautiful sweet stray cat named Shadow for emergency care. I assumed she had a broken paw. Our cute pup got stung by a bee on her lip. The vet and assistants were amazing and so reassuring in making sure she was okay, and removed the stinger. They were so friendly and so sweet with our pup. Grateful for their help!
I can't say enough great things about the team at Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital ER! My French Bulldog, Louis, was treated with such care and compassion from the moment we arrived. Dr. Fletcher was incredibly thorough and kind, and Brandon, Jazmine, Roman, Julie, and Jean were all amazing -- attentive, patient, and so gentle with Louis. As a first time pet owner, the staff members totally made us feel welcome & have great customer service. Both Dr. Hsing & Dr. Tarlan Shalchian are very thorough and answered all our questions/concerns. Overall it shows that they care about their patients.
My cat had an emergency last summer. We went to one vet and the diagnoses was way off. IVVH has certified vets and the upmost care for pets and their humans. They were able to give us better options for my cat's diagnosis and were very up front about cost and had payment plan options. When my kitty had to go into surgery, they shared photos and his progress afterwards. This really put my mind at ease to know that my fur baby made it through. I would highly recommend them for vet emergency services!
They were very accommodating and helpful. I brought in my cat to address ticks/flees and the staff was. Very patient and helpful (I was a mess).
