5 stars, every single time we have been there. Whether it's 1245 am because my bulldog ate rat poison (don't judge me) or I thought he did or 7am needing an ultrasound on small intestines to ear infections on either bulldog - the staff and the Dr's were ALWAYS awesome, always friendly and helpful. Anyone dropping a 3 star review probably had a damn cat that's all I can say.

This is the second time in a month I've had to bring my fur baby in. Thankfully from the moment I called to find out the cost and the wait time to the moment we checked out, our experience was amazing despite the fact my baby needed immediate attention! Dr. Fletcher, Brandon, Gizelle, Mayra, and Melanie assisted both times and they were so kind, understanding, quick to act and attentive! This place is truly amazing. This is the only place I know that has an exotic vet avaliable on the weekends.( It's really hard to find avian vet readily available). I've brought my bird here twice and each time they have been caring and kind. The avain DMV Christine was so friendly and thorough. They are well organized and the facility is so clean. They take your pet quickly to make sure they are ok. You may have to wait for a bit sometimes but I don't mind when I know my pet is getting well taken care of. I will take the ho... read more

We had to visit the emergency vet yesterday because my bunny somehow got parasites. Thankfully the vet treated him and he seems to be well today. Im taking away a star because we had a really weird interaction with the vet. We had already left the office and we got a call and the doctor was offering more medicine. We agreed to take the extra medicine but we happened to be going to our vet to pick up new supplies and other medicine for my bun. Amazing staffs worked here. Brandon made me feel more relaxed while waiting for my bunny to be examined. Dr. Nguyen took his time to explain to me in details. Took me 2 hours to drive there in traffic but I am glad that I did. Wish there's a branch in LA.

The staff and Dr. Fletcher were everything you would hope for in an emergency situation: kind, caring, thorough etc. They answered my call immediately, were ready to take care of us in within 20 mins, and assured that we left well taken care of.
