Get directionsVery friendly. They were able to help my cat quickly and effectively. Would return if need arises.
They were so informative and thorough with Dior... worked through insurance details with me, our new go to for vet care in the area!
We were playing fetch with our dog at the park early Sunday morning when the ball got lodged in her throat. We rushed her to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital and they took her right in. They were kind, compassionate and quick. They were able to dislodge the ball and monitor her breathing. We could not have asked for a more kind and caring response from the whole team. Thank you so much for taking great care of our fur baby.
The whole staff is excellent ! Thank you Brandon and Dr. Nikki for making Aspen feel comfortable in a strange place. She just made 2 new friends.
I would have given IVVH a 20 star rating if possible. I came in there in hysterics and holding my bleeding dog that had just been attacked. Brandon, at the front desk, immediately took care of us. I have been to this location twice and each time was highly impressed by how quick, efficient and well informed the staff is. They are a true gem in every way. Thanks for saving us twice!!
One of our furbabies is very prone to accidents and every time we take him here, not that we like going there. However they treat him with care and explain everything to us about their processes and how they want to treat. Hope nobody has to take their babies here, but if you have to in case of any unfortunate circumstances you can rest assured that they will be under good care.
Very caring staff Dr Glore & Dr Nauss are both wonderful, very skilled professionals. We have a cat and a dog and have used both, Sand Canyon emergency office & their Jeffery locations. They helped our fur baby when she swallowed a large sock! She didn't need surgery they were able to remove it thank goodness. They also work with specialists like Cardiac Vets etc. When we visit with our kitty they make sure to give us an exam room right away so she isn't waiting with the pups. Never wait on hold for more than a minute when c... read more
On Saturday morning 4/20, my rabbit refused food and was showing signs of GI stasis. I've lost a rabbit to GI stasis 2 years ago and my other rabbit has had it and recovered. After noticing the symptoms I immediately called IVVH and asked if they had an exotic vet on staff. Suzanne answered my call and wrote me down as an emergency patient for my boy Milo. I got to the hospital at 11 and was put into a room within 30 minutes and Milo was seen within 10 minutes of the amazing exotic vet Dr. Bobula arriving. We chatted about ... read more
