If I could give more than five stars, I would. I cannot thank Dr. Christine Babula and the team at the Irvine emergency veterinarian enough for saving my dog's life. After visiting two other clinics--including Mariner's Mile in Newport--my dog was repeatedly dismissed as being "dramatic" about some supposed hip pain. I knew something was very wrong, but I left each time feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. The staff is amazing a 10 out of 10 , 5 plus stars .the staff was amazingly hospitable, th even have a transport service that picks up your animal if you need help transporting. ALEX WHO drove the ambulance to pick up my Rabbit was great ! AUBREY SET EVERYTHING UP. THE REPS IN FRONT & all staff especially ,MAFER & Serena were amazing. We recently took our 15 year old dog to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital Emergency for a digestive tract issue. We were so impressed with the care and demeanor of the entire staff. Dr. Young Sohn was patient, thoroughly explained everything to our satisfaction, and put us at ease. We have been to 3 other emergency veterinary hospitals in the past and the difference was stark. Very good customer service! Our animal seemed to get treated well. From the moment they picked our frenchy up and we picked her up after services she seemed very comfortable and at peace. Thank you guys for taking good care of Stella!

Irvine Valley Vet Hospital is the the best around. We took our pup here when we had a late night scare. The staff was ready and acted with urgency, yet kept things lighthearted and gave us a laugh when we needed one. Great experience!

My birdy broke his bottom beak and I was so frazzled but everyone here was so sweet and understanding, very affordable and even offered free transportation for my birdy!! Will definitely have this place on file!!

I am extremely grateful for the care my pet received at IVVI veterinary emergency hospital. The entire team was very responsive and compassionate during a stressful time. Dr. Simpson was amazing with my dog, Hailey. She needed surgery, and he took excellent care of her every step of the way. The technicians, Cheyanne and Ashley, were both very helpful and attentive, and Dr. Simpson's assistant, Alisa, was incredibly kind and supportive. I will be eternally grateful to Dr Shalchian, Dr Wu and their staff: Briana, Jasmine, Marcela, Armand, Jessa, Nani, Mayuri, Mafer, Emma and Sergio. Thank you for all their help with my fur baby Chiri. I took my 8 year old fur baby because I honestly thought I was going to lose her. She was bad.
