They always take such great care of my animals. Very friendly team and super knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend.
As a first time pet owner, the staff members totally made us feel welcome & have great customer service. Both Dr. Hsing & Dr. Tarlan Shalchian are very thorough and answered all our questions/concerns. Overall it shows that they care about their patients.
My cat had an emergency last summer. We went to one vet and the diagnoses was way off. IVVH has certified vets and the upmost care for pets and their humans. They were able to give us better options for my cat's diagnosis and were very up front about cost and had payment plan options. When my kitty had to go into surgery, they shared photos and his progress afterwards. This really put my mind at ease to know that my fur baby made it through. I would highly recommend them for vet emergency services!
They were very accommodating and helpful. I brought in my cat to address ticks/flees and the staff was. Very patient and helpful (I was a mess).
Shortly after Gustav sitting up for his dinner, eating all, drinking and going out, he was found on the floor, staring straight ahead with no response. His heart was still beating, however, he was limp as though he had a stroke. I called the regular vet's VM (after hours) to get info, and quickly drove to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff here is the absolute best. My baby Sebastian decided he wanted to have urine issues right before his first birthday. He is my pain in the butt cat, but he keeps us all on our toes. I brought him in and the loved him just as much as my family does. It was a hectic day and our stinking battery died. Sam who helped us the whole time was quick to run out to help us jump the car. I would 100% recommend IVVH; their team did a fantastic job taking care of my sweet doggie! They had excellent communication and took every step to make sure they sent her home happy and healthy. Amazing team helped us with our cat. Had outstanding communication throughout her stay, from the vet reaching out via phone with information, to updates and photos from.the care team via the app. Can't recommend them enough!
