Updating my prior review from three years to confirm that this is probably the best emergency vet hospital around. I have always been treated professionally and well here and will always bring my dogs here when necessary. They are always my go to after a bad vet experience and still come through. Thank you

I had an incredible experience at Irvine Valley with Dr. Manoukian and two of the wonderful technicians Cheyene and Kierra, if I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would. My dog ate a piece of a sock and after having x rays done at our vet we were recommended to go to emergency for a possible abdominal ultrasound and endoscope. From the very first call everyone who helped me was kind and helpful. They got me in immediately, were extremely calm, and immediately had an action plan. Our pup Archie swallowed a neighbor dog's toy and had to have it surgically removed and stay overnight. Staff was all very friendly and I was very grateful to get updates over the app throughout the surgery and his stay afterward.

Great animal hospital! Had to come in the middle of the night, not a long wait, and staff were very friendly, not just the basic kindness. We had to return in 12 hours and the daytime staff were still nice! The two veterinarians who cared for our dog were both so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so thorough. Shout out to Dr. Tolentino and Dr. Wu. The facility was clean and they have a nice clean bathroom for the pet parents. There are a few snacks too! Highly recommend this location. My dog PashaBlue stepped on a bee, so I took her in as an emergency as she was in a lot of pain. PashaBlue is very mean she and bites! But these folks managed to gain her trust and she walked out happy and smiling! I plan to keep them as my primary for Pasha and her brother Harry.

We cannot say enough about the incredible team at Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital. From the moment we walked in with our newest little love, Lollipop, every single staff member treated her -- and us -- with the most genuine compassion, warmth, and professionalism we have ever experienced at a veterinary office. My family and I are so incredibly grateful for the team at Irvine Valley Hospital Emergency Pet Clinic. We had a huge scare when our sweet old man Charles got very sick with pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized. The team was very accommodating to our big family waiting in the lobby for updates and took amazing care of sweet Charles. We knew that he would be in good hands and he bounced back amazingly. We had a really positive experience at Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital during a stressful time with our pup, Mocha. From the moment we walked in, the team (Brandon especially) stood out. Brandon was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, which made a huge difference for us as anxious parents. He loves labs too and mocha loves being loved! My second time coming here - my little doggo had an incident and I was a worried dog mom. We had to make a late night trip to have him looked at. Everyone was kind and they were nice enough to even wrap my baby in a blanket after they checked him out. The inside is very clean and they even have a little area with snacks, water, coffee and tea for us parents.
