Get directionsI will be eternally grateful to Dr Shalchian, Dr Wu and their staff: Briana, Jasmine, Marcela, Armand, Jessa, Nani, Mayuri, Mafer, Emma and Sergio. Thank you for all their help with my fur baby Chiri. I took my 8 year old fur baby because I honestly thought I was going to lose her. She was bad. The team was amazing and Dr. Shalchian was extremely kind and understanding to my situation. Nani helped me by calling non profits, so that my baby could get the emergency surgery she needed. They honestly and truthfully went out of ... read more
I recently brought my puppy to Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Michael was incredibly patient and thorough, taking time to explain everything and making sure I felt confident about my puppy's care. He is truly amazing & very knowledgeable in all aspects. Mary, the vet tech, was gentle, attentive, and so comforting, while Melanie, the doctor's assistant, was wonderfully understanding and accommodating with all my questions and concerns. Their compassion, professi... read more
The absolute best veterinary hospital I've been to! If you're unsure of where to take your fur baby, this is 100% where you need to go. My baby was suffering from pyometra and the entire team saved her life. I will be grateful to them forever. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, comforting, and accommodating. They treated my girl like she was their own, and that meant the world to me. They kept me updated every step of the way, explaining what was happening, what they were doing, and how she was doing... read more
This is really the only emergency pet hospital I go to now. The staff are very kind and informative. Dr Bobula was very reassuring and made me feel at ease with my baby's care. Yes, there have been times where I had to wait a very long time but I also know I am at an EMERGENCY pet hospital. There are time when other pets need are more important than my own pets. The staff really care about the pets and they try to keep everything as cost effective for the owners as possible.
This Hospital and staff saved and cared for my bunny when he was in GI Stasis, I am so grateful for their exceptional care and monitoring. The staff is all so communicative throughout your pets stay and give you updates on how they are doing.
I visited this wonderful Animal ER Clinic at 4:00 am on Oct 9 with a clients little 15 yr old dog who been injured during a grooming a week earlier. (Dogs are so stoic). His little rear end had been abberated by either a finger nail or a grooming tool and he was screaming and howling in pain. Dr. Simpson who is a specialist in Crisis Care and owner of the clinic got him treated and he's healing well today. Brandon was at the front desk and he was lovely as were all of the Vet Techs. I'm referring all of my clients to th... read more
Jean, Brandon, Mayra, Dr. Manoukian, Jasmine, & SX Staff These people are literally saints. Not only did they help my pet but they helped me as well through a very difficult time. Had to take my cat chai in after a traumatic tail accident and they were so accommodating. You can really tell the whole staff really cares about animals and people. They were extremely thorough answering all my questions, walking me through the process of what was going to happen so I knew what to expect. I'm so grateful to have ended up here and ... read more
From the moment I called them they were so patient and guided me with what went on with my pet. They didn't make me waste any time filling unnecessary paperwork when I arrived. They also were waiting for me when I showed up. The entire staff and Dr's were amazing. Dr. Manukian was super kind and kept me updated as well as the rest. I felt completely at ease knowing my baby was with them.
How to say thank you with written words when there are no words that can convey the exceptional care from the Veterinary Staff at Irvine Valley Hospital. Tonight I had to bring a beautiful sweet stray cat named Shadow for emergency care. I assumed she had a broken paw. From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff was welcoming and showed genuine worry for what was happening to Shadow. Shadow did not have a broken paw, Xrays confirmed shadow was shot through the leg - bullet lodged in her side. Staff went into solut... read more
