The exam and services were quick yet fully comprehensive. The Vet Dr Young was very nice and answered all of my questions. I like how everything was organized and made simple with the app and helpful staff members. .
I recently took my pup in for surgery and their new Covid guidelines are explicit and easy to follow. With my dog's anxiety, it is actually easier to bring him in this way than the regular way during normal times. The in/out traffic appears to be easily managed by the staff. Staff are always friendly and the doctors are good about explaining what is going on with my dog.
The staff did a phenomenal job reassuring me my dog was doing well in a stressful situation. My dog has separation anxiety from me so I was very worried about an office visit when humans were not permitted to accompany pets. She needed her vaccinations so she had to go in. Keeping in touch by phone eased my concerns.

From the moment I made the appt through speaking with the Doctor I knew we made the right choice to choose Countryside. Zero was so afraid, but the staff and doctor treated him with kindness and love. I am so grateful to everyone. This is where I will be bringing all my pets in the future.
I was very uncomfortably about taking Minnie (a 107 pound female Rottweiler) to the Vets for her annual check up and shots. (My mother in law who is 86 year old lives with us full time. We are her caretakers at home). I can state that the Vet and staff was terrific! They truly provided a touch-less curbside service! I would highly recommend Counrtyside for all your Pets needs!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of all staff members and very comfortable and impressed with the Vets constant update with information about Bosco. Even though I couldn’t be there with him, I felt as if I was definitely involved in the whole process. Love this Clinic
