Been a customer for years. Very satisfied with the wonderful doctors and staff.
The doctor who treated our dog was very kind, empathetic and thorough when going over our dog’s condition. While it was not the best news to receive, she took her time explaining all the good and not so good going on in our family member. She completed a thorough exam and gave her opinion. She was not rushed, even though we were the very last patient of the day. We felt that she really cared and wanted to help us understand everything that was going on. My recent experience and really every experience, has been great. Countryside staff really care about our pets. They are so professional and organized.
Absolutely amazing place! I've been 3 times with my pup, he was young and sick and they got me in as soon as possible and his doctor got down to the problem as quickly as possible. It has been amazing since, Sebby comes out tail wagging and happy still and is always happy to come. They have answered every single question they possibly could and reached out to his surgeon to find out if they needed to or I had extra questions.
Doctor Soverns has seen our kitty since we moved to the area in 2013. It is always so nice to have her see Sami and give expert advice. It is a family run practice and you can feel that. Our kitty is getting up in age (9) and I feel that Doctor Soverns and the tech suggest important tests such a bloodwork without pressure. We loved our old vet where we used to live and are happy we found Counrtyside.

They are very thorough and efficient. For a recent checkup, the vet thought she heard a heart murmur then couldn’t find it. She checked 4 times and located it. We had our dog checked out and learned she was fine. She took the time to find the problem. Great place
