While I understand that there is currently no mask mandate in place, I was distressed to see that no Countryside staff members were wearing masks at Sadie’s appointment on Tuesday. The exam rooms are small and social distancing is not possible. Given that I have an immunocompromised family member and an unvaccinated 2 year old grandchild, I felt extremely uncomfortable during my appointment even though I was wearing my mask. Out of courtesy to your patients, please mask up while the virus is still spreading even among the va... read more

From reading your article about the Corgi breed, Looks like they only come in female, either that or the person that wrote it lives in a gynocentric world. Feminism is what went wrong with this country. PSH

I mentioned that I may want to get flea, tick and heart worm preventive in order to round my fee up to the next $100, but the representative didn't allow it. As a result, my bill was $291, $9 shy of 3 stamps.

It's hard to judge this office since I have only known them during the pandemic, but the receptionist/phone situation is enough to send me looking for another vet. I do not want an app, nor do I want an account with a password. I just want to call and speak to someone without being on hold or receive a snappy comment from the phone attendant. Your prices are very high and I spend a lot of money at your establishment, but even if I was an occasional user, I expect to be treated with respect.

Will be glad when we can go in with our pets again and be watching as they are examined. Not really sure what is being done now during exams. Also, I felt like there was too much pressure to get extra services. My dog is old and I feel it would not be wise to give him anesthesia just to get his teeth cleaned. His teeth are in pretty good shape anyway.

I think the care is terrific but I think it is a little disconcerting to bring two cats in for check ups and flea and tick medicine and pay nearly $800.

Instead of prescribing pharmaceuticals for anxiety, consider that these are very different times. Maybe pets are uneasy because owners cannot accompany them inside. Maybe try essential oils in a diffuser to help pets feel more at ease. Also, when making Khalua’s wellness appointment, the request was made (2 weeks in advance) to not administer all inoculations at once. Khalua was given everything at her wellness visit. This was extremely disconcerting as it totally dishonored our request as the customer. Furthermore, aside fr... read more

99.9% sure you let me take Wyatt home to die. He was in obvious pain leaving. Quick to collect $1,100 and carried him out. Moment he got home he couldn't stand started breathing really hard. Two hours later I got hold him with my wife as stretched out in pain and die in our arms. Never ever again will I take any animal to you guys again. I am going to share with everyone how in humane Wyatt died.

I can only give an average rating as I did not get to FaceTime or meet with the vet...no idea of who she is...and did not get to watch online as she saw my dog. This is all part of Covid, but I would think FaceTime would have been possible? Also, because of my dog's behavior I wanted to discuss CBD oil and was told it could not be discussed because it is "illegal." It might be professionally frowned upon, but it must be legal, because Petsmart sells it. And I wanted to discuss the use of lithium, which is used in a very mild... read more
