As usual, the staff was very courteous and professional. They answered all of my questions and their instructions were very clear and concise.
Staff is always cordial and knowledgeable and the vets are amazing talks with you so you understand everything and very thorough on their exams!
Everyone i have interacted with be it the person answering the phone, the techs or the doctors have been very personable. I can tell that everyone there really loves animals. I do not own a pet but I have been bringing in my daughter's cat Cleopatra the past couple of years when she goes out on deployment for the Navy. She knows that Cleopatra is in good hands while she is gone.
We arrived early for Darwin’s appt and you guys took him early. The appt was quick. The Dr. gave us a good update. Thank you.
My dog Max seemed to have enjoyed his stay over the weekend. When I picked him up, he was more interested in going back in and not leaving. I guess that's a great sign! Thanks for taking care of my puppy in his first boarding experience.
I just love Dr. Young. This is our first family dog, and she has helped us every step of the way (including necessary surgery). I appreciate the protocols that your practice has put in place for the safety of your clients and your staff. Not only are all of the protocols wonderful (loved the banner in parking lot), but your staff didn't miss a beat in keeping up their positive and friendly attitude. Thank you.
