Even though appointments have changed dramatically during COVID, I still felt I had the same great service. Talking to the vet prior allowed me to express concerns, and then talking afterwards gave me all the information I needed. Just not in person! I got the same great care, both for my dog and for me.
I appreciate your Covid procedures. The text/call system you have set up is genius and a great way to protect both employees and customers. I was able to safely wait in my car with my two kids while our dog had her exam. The tech and doctor both called me to go over everything and addressed all my concerns. All staff and doctors were extremely polite and timely. I switched from a different vet and I’m so glad I did. Thank you

Our experience with the Countryside staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They took time to discuss options and results of the care they provided for our precious cat. Our strictly indoor cat is shy around strangers and easily stressed by unknown situations. He came back from his experience calm and just as playful as ever. He didn’t seem a bit stressed. Thank you so much for your compassionate, excellent care.

Dr. Mary Beth Soverns and staff do an excellent job. It was very busy and Zoe was treated well. She is doing okay, taking her meds and eating. One of the pill pockets was empty, I cut and kept cutting but nothing, lol. Thanks for the special attention that's always given.
You all did a very good job handling our appointment. I thought everything was timely. The vet tech and dr were very knowledgeable Le and answered all my questions to put me at ease. They were able to squeeze me into a already packed schedule. I would recommend them to all my friends with petss.
Texted to check in during COVID-19 and the staff was super fast and friendly! Waited maybe 15 minutes and my cat was finished with her check up and vaccine. Doctor gave me advice on managing her weight and I was done! Thank you for being so fast and friendly!:) Highly recommend!
