As long as we've had dogs while living in Maryland (close to 15 years or more) Countryside has been our veterinary service of choice. Their staff is highly professional, yet shows immense caring for their patients as well. They are very patient when they face a demanding client base and strive to provide nothing but the very best service available. Even though appointments have changed dramatically during COVID, I still felt I had the same great service. Talking to the vet prior allowed me to express concerns, and then talking afterwards gave me all the information I needed. Just not in person! I got the same great care, both for my dog and for me.

I appreciate your Covid procedures. The text/call system you have set up is genius and a great way to protect both employees and customers. I was able to safely wait in my car with my two kids while our dog had her exam. The tech and doctor both called me to go over everything and addressed all my concerns. All staff and doctors were extremely polite and timely. I switched from a different vet and I’m so glad I did. Thank you

Our experience with the Countryside staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They took time to discuss options and results of the care they provided for our precious cat. Our strictly indoor cat is shy around strangers and easily stressed by unknown situations. He came back from his experience calm and just as playful as ever. He didn’t seem a bit stressed.
