Good afternoon I contacted this vet clinic regarding a dog one of their vets apparently provides services for the bredeer. I requested to speak to a manager about a very urgent matter regarding my dog, who we recently found out has a genetic disorder that requires over $25,000 worth of surgery. We were told that the vet  is on maternity leave and has been for over one month. I requested to speak to a manager and was told they both left. I requested if they could call one and provide my contact number and ask them to give me ... read more

Hard food and hard treats will NOT help keep your cat's teeth clean. To advise such is irresponsible.

How they can advise any cat or dog owners to feed dry food to help with their teeth is beyond ignorant. Would you have better teeth eating corn nuts all day? Not to mention many other problems caused by dehydration when eating dry food. Get with the real present data. Anyone telling you that dry food is good for your pet is a liar, getting kickbacks from food makers, or really dumb.

I have been taking my pets to countryside for 20 yrs. My last experience was not so good. It started with the tech gave the vet my clipboard and I could see her through the window. She took it and blew her top hair up with her mouth and then slammed my chart down on the counter. She then walked in and was clearly stressed. He was there for uncontrollable diarrhea with blood and generally weak and not acting normal. She was rough with him. Rammed the thermometer into his anus. My cat was not well and was growling and ... read more

Great vet however our only complaint is that there are no options for after hours, weekend, or Holidays. When our pet has become ill over the weekend and has been with this vet for over 10 years, it really stinks that we can’t talk to someone that knows our pet and we have to go to a stranger. It would be nice if there was an emergency after hours option to speak to one of the vets. Definitely something I will look for in my next vet.
